1995 Carver Mariner, 1995 Carver Mariner A Condo Size Boat with expansive accommodations and a party-time bridge. All the comfort and ease of access that Carver Mariners are known for. Great full 12' 4" beam, single level interior boasts a large salon with facing settees, a full galley with an upright refrigerator (new in 2014), and a roomy head with a stall shower. Updated Berber carpeting throughout(upgraded from the original teal plush carpet), curtains, galley hard wood floor, sound system with JL Audio Speakers and LED lighting complete throughout the boat. The salon is entered through double glass doors from the cockpit. It is very spacious with the dinette/double berth to port and a convertible sofa to starboard. A 26" Flat screen LED TV can be viewed while on the hook if it is connected to the installed inverter (2012). To starboard is a ladder to the flybridge which is an enormous benefit in bad weather, very unique to any boat in this class. The galley is forward and the large head with full separate shower stall to starboard. The private double berth with cabin door is forward. The Salon sliding doors lead to a spacious cockpit with Blue LED lights across the transom and swim platform. Twin 3-step ladders to the large bridge. Storage is no problem on the Mariner, there is storage compartments in every area of the boat. She comes with professionally maintained twin 350XL Raw water cooled 260 HP Crusaders with Approx. 769 hrs port, 766 hrs Stbd. 2-4D Start batteries (new 2014), and 4-6V Golf Cart batteries (new 2016), 3 days on the hook and we never run out of power. Modern conveniences are available on this unique model from Carver that is, hot/cold fresh water, A/C, Full Sized refrigerator, 12/120V DC/AC systems, Windlass, Kenwood Sound system with 2 remote stations, and Kenwood subwoofer/AMP available. Soda blasted bottom in 2013 and 6 layers of Interlux Barrier coat were applied. Always a freshwater boat, originally in Ohio and then Lake Champlain, we are the 3rd owners and have taken tremendous care of her. 2012 Survey available showing an estimated market value at that time of $48K. Why are we selling? We put a tremendous amount of money and time in restoring her to like new status, never expecting to leave Lake Champlain.
