1985 Cheoy Lee Pedrick 36 This series that Dave Pedrick N.A. designed for Cheoy Lee was by far the most popular series and the last series ever done as Cheoy Lee builds nothing now in Sail under 63'. This is a true bluewater boat. Current sellers bought her from original owner who was an advertising exec. in Hong Kong. 1976 Cheoy Lee 4-108 This is a true ocean going Luders 36 Yawl, 16,250lbs. Displacement,Full cruising keel. Designed by Bill Luders a famous navel architech. All early Cheoy Lee vessels where over built to Loyds of London commercial passenger vessel standards.Powered by a rebuilt 0 hour Perkins 4-108 Diesel.Mercury Marine 9.5 hard bottom rib dingy with 5hp Evenrude included. Also New in box Garmen Auto Pilot Recent AwilGrip painting topsides and deck. She shines like a new penny.Bottom finished and ready to launch. Perkins installed.all tanks flushed and ready to go. Masts have 9 coats of varnish with new halyards. New chain plates,Toe rails refinished and recaulked. Current condition: Most of the restoration is completed . All work done by the marina.
