This Doral needs some TLC. The cockpit cushions all need to be replaced. The helm instruments are not operable. There is an updated Garmin GPS, but the lower unit GPS is not working. The boat was very presentable. The exterior was clean, the gel looked to be in very good condition. No excessive scrapes, gouges or chips were noticed. The full enclosure looks great, the plastic is very clear. The cockpit was clean, the cushions looked great. The engine hatch deck felt soft, and the hatch does not open on its own (perhaps a bad lift actuator). The helm looked great as it stays covered. The gauges were clear, switches were readable, controls looked nice, wood bezels were nice and the steering wheel looked great. The cabin smelled musty and had some mildew. A good cleaning will be required to smell fresh. The cushions looked nice with no signs of damage. The cabinets looked nice with no signs of damage. The mid-berth headliner panel needs to be secured and there is no headliner panel in the upper headroom area. The wood steps, floor panel and table looked nice with minimal signs of wear. The forward cabin was clean, with no signs of excessive wear and tear. Mildew and musty smells were present. The bow cushions were on the bed and they looked very nice. The engine hatch has to be lifted with assistance. The engines look to be in functional condition. There is some expected light corrosion, which is normal for the year. The bilge was clean with no oily fluids on top. No fluid leaks were seen from the engines. The wiring and systems looked to be in good condition with no excessive corrosion. The generator had some corrosion and missing paint. The generator is not working (the seller was told it needs a relay board). The seller discloses the bow thruster is not in working order. Some other great options are radar, spotlight, windlass and a bow thruster for easy maneuvering.There are plenty of gauges and all the switches are withing easy reach. There are two booster cushions for the captain to easily see over the windshield. The foredeck has three hatches for airflow. There are two large sun pad cushions for the bow to relax on or enjoy the view. The cabin is comfortable and nicely styled. There are classy wooden steps with matching floor panels and a matching wooden table. The blue cushions are appealing and provide plenty of seating or sleeping space in the spacious mid berth. The galley is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, sink, stovetop and hidden microwave. The head is ample sized and has a shower. The forward cabin has a raised bed with access on either side. There is plenty of storage in the built-in cabinets and closets. There is a TV for entertainment. With these great features this is a great value for the price. It already has $30,000 of work done including water pump, bottom cleaned/painted, injection pump and injectors. And four port hole windows installed. From the owner: "I can be hired to finish this boat or I can sell it as it is. You must purchase the boat first and then a price for me to finish the boat will be based on what you want done to it, type of gauges and electronics installed. " Stock #385341 Classic Doral with twin diesels that get great fuel mileage. They are the MerCruiser/Cummins D-Tronic 210HP. Trailer available from owner directly. This 1998 Doral 350SC Express Cruiser comes with dual Mercruiser Cummins D-Tronic engines! The owner reports it needs some work and will perform the work if purchased for a price. It is a 35' vessel with a 12' beam and 37 inch draft. It has twin diesels that get great fuel mileage. Port motor has 1400 hours on it with a newer starter, injection pump and injectors replaced. It last ran when he bought it then it died due to a fuel flow problem. Price includes the owner getting both motors running, he says. And the trailer can be purchased separately from the owner if needed. The Generator is a Yanmar 8.5K with low hours on it and newer water pump. He has blasted the bottom of the boat and painted it with Anti foul paint. He also painted the rudders and props with a white antifoul paint for contrast. Four BoMar OEM port windows and a main hatch window have been installed. It needs all new gauges and electronics. From the owner: "I can be hired to finish this boat or I can sell it as it is.
