The cockpit is large and functional with ample seating, nice helm area with instrumentation needed for sailing. The stern is outfitted with stainless railing with a swim ladder and a Magma BBQ. The cabin has lots of space for relaxing or entertaining. The settee will seat 3 adults and the U-Shape dinette can seat 4 adults comfortably. The galley is outfitted with a double sink, a compact refrigerator, a stove and oven, as well as room for the toaster oven and microwave on the counter. Everything about this boat exhibits pride of ownership. From the topside to the hull, to the cabin and head, every piece of equipment, furniture, and electronics have been nicely maintained. The engine is reported by the owner to be in good working order and the hull is frequently cleaned. Stock #343004 Vessel has been restored and she's gorgeous, with an artisan's attention to every last detail! This is an amazing sailboat that was rebuilt 12 years ago from stem to stern, and expertly maintained since then. A Yanmar 75 HP diesel engine was installed and has approximately 271 hours of operation. The current owner is a licensed sea Capitan and purchased the boat soon after its rebuild was completed. He has been chartering the boat for Bay Cruises and keeps it looking just like it did when he purchased it. The photos were taken on July 6, 2023. Just take a look at every aspect of the boat. The hull is polished, the top deck is clean, and the teak woodwork is maintained with several applications of varnish. Inside, the main cabin, the v-berth, and the head all look great. You would never know this boat was built in 1975 unless you are told. This is a special boat for a discriminating buyer. If you are such a buyer and in the market for a beautiful sailboat, this is one you won't want to miss.

This boat is in good overall condition but needs some cosmetic attention. The dodger appears to need replacing in the future and the exterior wood, while solid, could use refinishing. The engine is reported to be in good working condition and properly maintained. Stock #371485 Well maintained Catalina 27 ready for sailing with an amazing cabin size and comfort. This Catalina may only be 27 feet, but it has a lot of room and features of a much larger sailboat. She has been kept in very good condition and has features such as an inboard motor. but with a tiller that many sailors prefer over a wheel. The furling jib is a nice addition to the boat that most of her size don't have. The cockpit is very large and will accommodate 4 adults comfortably but there could be as many as 6 including the Capitan. Inside the cabin to Port, you will find a dinette large enough for 4 adults, which makes into a bed as well. On the Starboard side, opposite the dinette, you will find a stove mounted into a large wood countertop with lots of storage, a sink, and an ice box. Forward of the settee and countertop, is a settee to Port, and a quarter bunk on each side aft of the main cabin. The ample size V-Berth will accommodate two adults, and just forward of the V-Berth is a head with a manual flush toilet.
