1993 Grand Banks Classic If you always wanted a 42' Grand Banks Classic and don't mind doing a little work (cosmetic/ detailing), here is your chance to jump on board without having to "breaking the bank". The price is not a misprint, but it is firm. Price her to sell (Estate Sale) for sure and yes SHE RUNS!!! Her hull is in excellent overall condition, but the teak decks while not torn or warped need some sanding, cleaning, and teak oil. There are no soft spots detected, and her props were recently done. Powered by twin Caterpillar 3116 TA, (fresh water cooled) with about 2900 hours. Since 1996 this boat has only seen about 1600 hours (less than an average of about 70 hours per year). A family boat for the past 21 years and taken care of by a knowledgeable owner and his professional diesel mechanic. She has an Onan diesel generator, holds 600 gallons of fuel, and 265 gallons of water. Recent upgrades include a new bridge enclosure, and Furuno Nav Net. Of course this is a lot more equipment (nothing other than the standard Grand Banks list of amenities). With all due respect to the seller and her family, we only want people interested in coming down, taking a good hard look, and putting an offer on paper. 1964 Burger Pilot House Motor Yacht This 1964 Burger 63 Motor Yacht has many upgrades. This is a must see boat the owner has made a lot of improvements. The boat id extremely spacious and makes a great live aboard. The cockpit has ample room for deck chairs as well as a door out to the swim platform with a substantial boarding ladder. The sun deck is approximately 250 square feet has a teak floor and new windows on both sides the rear of the sun deck has a canvas enclosure with roll up panels, each side has a door allowing accesses to the bow via a nice wide walkway with a gorgeous varnished teak hand rail. In the front of the sun deck concealed in cabinets are a washer and a dryer. There is also a small refrigerator as well. There is built in seating with storage below. Going down the stairs you enter a very nice roomy salon. Looking toward the stern is a full head with large shower and the third state room.
