The boat appears to be in good condition with no observed damage to the hull. The interior appears to be in good condition with woodwork maintained and equipment is reported by the owner to be in working order. Stock #396991 C & C 35! Loaded with upgrades! The 35SL was only produced a limited number of years but has remained a well-known impeccable design to serve sailors of every skill. Built with cruising in mind the C&C has a well-designed cabin with a settee to starboard and directly across, is on the port side is a nice sized dinette. There is a galley to the aft on the port side with ample space and storage for those overnight trips or a cruise up to the delta. There is a V-Berth forward and a head to port between the dinette and the V-berth. Topside, the open cockpit has plenty of room for the crew as the traveler is located across the cabin entrance. This boat is ready for a new owner to keep her sailing on the bay or down the coast.

A very nicely restored Ericson 38 sailboat. This vessel has undergone extensive upgrades, making it an ideal bluewater cruiser or an excellent live-aboard option. Remanufactured engine that only has 2 hours of run time. This vessel has a clean, dry bilge. Stock #401511 Beautifully Restored Ericson 38 Sailboat! Has undergone extensive upgrades! Introduced in 1980, the Ericson 38 was designed by the incomparable Bruce King whose talent for drawing beautiful boats of near-perfect proportions. This is a two owner sailor. The original owner reported Hull Transom is built as the "reverse" style with a swim ladder with intention for speed and strength of stern stay. A limited Number of Ericson 38s have this feature. The engine throttle and transmission shift linkage are mounted directly on the steering wheel pedestal. Compass and fathometer readout and fathometer alarm are also pedestal mounted and all gauges lighted. For easy one-hand operation the hydraulic stern stay tensioner and release controls are installed next to Helm. Additional features: Starboard galley has a large refrigeration/ freezer with the compressor mounted in aft quarter hatch, factory coal/ wood stove heat, factory built in wine rack factory entertainment center. The Lehman engine was recently rebuilt by mechanic. The transmission is currently out of the vessel being rebuilt. The vessel was hauled out and bottom painted within the last year (reported Aug 2023). The owner indicates the sails are in good condition, the owner is not sure of their age. Stock #338527 1982 Island Trader 40 powered with a Lehman diesel engine These Island Traders were once the top of their class. While this vessel needs some TLC, her bones are good. The hull was recently painted, she a fiberglass hull, built in Taiwan. The wood hatches covering the floor expose the engine room and lots of storage space. Her galley has a stainless steel fridge / freezer that looks to have been added by one of her previous owners. The current owner is a mechanic and maintains the Lehman engine. The direct drive transmission is currently out of the boat and being professionally serviced, see pictures. There is ornately carved wood railing surrounding the aft deck. There are two windlasses, one manual and one electric. Both are reported by the owner to work as expected. She needs some work, so is a bit of a project boat. Come take a look.
