Same with downwind starts, a quick launch.Carbon sails extremely high and fast with the use of jib in-haulers. (See pics.)Carbon is really a pretty easy boat to sail once you learn it's settings and learn to sail a light weight boat.It de-powers great in heavy air but flies on a reach or with the kite up.Easy to de-power to windward and feather to keep her flat.She could easily be used for recreational sailing. Even on windy days, a partial reef with the small jib and she would be an ease to day sail.Power her up and she becomes a powerhouse.
