The Bayliner 305SB is stored inside in the winter months and in its slip during the summer.
According to the owner, everything runs and operates as it should.
All upholstery appears to be in very good condition.
The windlass has a newer foot pad, newer 250' foot anchor rode 8 plate rope with 25ft of chain. The anchor is also stainless.
The heat pump was replaced in 2023 (Spring) upgraded to 16000 BTU.
Bottom paint was redone last spring too. There's been lots of maintenance work done to this boat!!

The 2007 Bayliner 305SB has twin 5.0L MPI Mercruisers with Bravo Three drives. The motors currently have 267 current hours on the starboard and 266 on the port side.
There is ample room throughout the cockpit for entertaining friends and family. There is a U-shaped lounger in the cockpit as well as a wet bar. The helm seat seats 2 and there is a passenger seat for one.
Below decks there is plenty of room for extended stays or weekends with sleeping for up to six. With AC and heat this is a multi-season boat with full galley, two burner stove, large stainless-steel sink, microwave and refrigerator. There is a fully enclosed head with shower.
There is a 5 KW Kohler generator with 450 hours allowing you to use everything on the water.
The isinglass and canvas enclosure appears to be in great condition.
