Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a relatively wide 9'11" beam, the midcabin floorplan of the 255 is arranged with a V-berth forward with privacy curtain and the owner’s stateroom aft with a solid privacy door and plenty of storage. The dinette will seat four comfortably, and three overhead deck hatches provide ventilation and additional lighting. A full galley, standup head, and generous storage round out the interior. In the cockpit, Bayliner introduced aunique L-shaped lounge seat in the 285 that converts into a sun pad or an aft-facing bench seat. A fold-down bench seat is installed at the transom, and a transom door opens to an extended swim platform. Lacking side decks, an opening panel in the windshield provides access to the foredeck. The affordably priced Bayliner 305 (called the 3055 Ciera Sunbridge from 1999–2002) is an entry-level family cruiser with several very attractive features. With a wide 11-foot beam, the 305 is a roomy boat both inside and, there is much to admire from the standpoint of comfort and practicality. Headroom—well over 6 feet—is excellent in this boat, and the generous beam results in a surprisingly expansive cabin layout. The midcabin floorplan is arranged in the conventional manner with double berths fore and aft, an enclosed head to port, adequate storage, and a well-equipped galley. In the cockpit, a U-shaped lounge features a removable table and converts to a sun pad. A wet bar/entertainment center is to port, and a transom door opens to the integral swim platform with its retractable swim ladder and built-in shower. A walk-through windshield provides access to the bow. A pair of 220hp 5.0L MerCruisers sterndrives will cruise in the low 20s while topping out at about 30 knots. While she’s hardly been used (only about 275 hours) this yacht has been very well kept and cared for by the previous owner, and it shows!

If you want to know about the boat itself, it's a big beautiful cruiser with air conditioning and heat, shore power, a roomy head with shower, hot water, dinette, v berth and a mid ship berth with its own door. Bayliner says it's a Large wide-beam single-engine Sunbridge model. It has the feel and spaciousness of a much larger boat thanks to innovative Beam Forward Design. The head room in the cabin is higher than 6' 2" to the middle of the dinette and then decreases slightly going forward. The galley is loaded with amenities, solid surface counter top, stainless faucet, microwave oven, alcohol and electric stove, nice wooden cabinets and shelves, refrigerator, a swivel mounted tv with dvd player and dry clean cushions and beds. If you want to know about the boat history, it's a straight up pedigree boat. Purchased new here, stored inside here, serviced here ... and used very little ... approx an average of twice annually.
