1947 Penn Yan 12' Car Topper, light weight, 12 Feet Length, 50” Beam, 65 pounds --
Wood, canvas, cained seats and paint bottom all Original except :
Repainted bottom and varnished interior wood
Stern has been fortified outside with marine plywood to accommodate an outboard motor.
Needs sanding of the bottom , repainting.
The varnish is good, but the interior wood, gunwales and transom could be restored to "as new" condition with light sanding and an overcoat of marine spar varnish.
Oars included. Always kept in shed or garage. Front seat has crack as shown, transom needs to be sealed as shown.
A real popular classic, easy to row and will last for many years to come..
A good project for the coming season to enjoy.
