This 1991 Sea Ray 280 Weekender is in overall good shape for it's age.
Paint is a bit faded but looks like a good buff will bring it back.
Bottom was painted a couple of years ago and seller states it could use it again soon.
Seller stated that the previous owner replaced the original engines twin Marine Power 5.7 325 hp V8 engines.
in December 23 the port engine was diagnosed with no compression on cylinder 6 and 8. The valve covers removed in January 24 and had 2 stuck valves. Local machine shop remanned the head and replaced 6 valves. Newer spark plugs, wires and distributor and rotor
Seller states that all cylinders are now at proper compression; however, the port needs timing adjusted.
Also the isinglass is clouded.
