36ft houseboat with bathroom (shower & Toilet waterlines need replaced), kitchen (w/ gas appliances), Bedroom (Queen Bed sleeps 2 adults), Subfloor sleeping area beneath helm sleeps approx 2 adults or 4 children, 2 seating benches in area of the helm, working roof A/C_Heater, working bedroom window A/C, Bilge pump needs to be replaced, however, newly purchased bilge pump is onboard but not yet installed, 2nd upper-level flybridge steering/speed controls all working properly. GM 454 Engine serviced in January 2020 and only utilized approx. 4 hours since then, Boat's Generator works properly, Boat's type 4 (Aluminum) hull/keel was stripped and recoated in Jan 2020, Forward propulsion works fine but on my last cruise out across Lake Travis I was testing the buttons that raise and lower the propellor out of/into the water (trying to learn more about the many buttons/controls) but as a result, when the transmission is placed in reverse the spinning prop now lifts partially out of the water but it still slowly moves boat backwards. I've only taken the boat out 3 times over the last 3 years that we've owned it and I'm not familiar with steps to correct this issue (prop remains under water in forward gears.) Feel free to contact me to schedule a tour or should further questions arise at ext. 618-604-8992 or b/u# 618-365-1669. Boat is secured in a private slip on Lake Travis at the Sandy Creek Yacht Club Marina (8714 Lime Creek Rd, Volente, TX 78641), Volente TX.= (Austin TX area) but slip cannot be accessed without security codes.
