The boat is in very good condition from what I could see and as shown in all of the pictures. The inside and outside of the boat are clean with no rips or tears, no soft spots or tears in the floor.

This Pontoon boat has barely been used and is being sold by the owner. Her husband passed away and she does not use it. The boat only has 88 hours on it and comes with a Yamaha 40 hp 4-stroke motor. The boat has always been stored on a lift under the boat house. It used to also have a full cover but age got to it.
The inside flooring is a vinyl texture flooring that is easy to clean. The seats are all in very good condition and have lots of storage underneath.
The railings are all in good shape as well as the Yamaha f40 motor, really clean and low hours.
