There is no question that Fountain Powerboats sterndrive systems are the most efficient propulsion systems available today because they translate thrust closer to parallel to the water's surface than any other method. I realize that precious few offshore anglers willingly choose sterndrive power, fearing corrosion problems because the lower unit remains at least partially in the water.
