When Reggie Fountain designed this vessel he of course wanted speeds at least up to 50 MPH but he also wanted a boat that planes in five seconds at only 16 mph at 2000 RPM and gets 1 mpg through a top speed of 51.6 mph at 3400 rpm. Obviously conditions could change but the design parameters are there. This power is routed to triple Arneson surface drives with a hull that is backed up with a proper bow thruster. The interior furnishings and soft goods are at a properly high level. Two staterooms are available, one of which will accommodate occasional visitors. The forward master stateroom has a centerline queen size berth. The heavily upholstered aft sun cushion is easily converted to a comfortable sleeping area. Tables are available in both the aft cockpit area and in the main salon. A fully functioning galley will satisfy your cruising needs backed up by an 8kw generator. If sea conditions are favorable you can go from Miami to Bimini, have a two hour lunch and be home well in time for dinner.
