Welcome to this amazing 1996 Eastern 27 Chesapeake classic fishing machine. The first time I took a look at the pictures of this vessel, All I could say was " Amazing, she can't be a 1996". She gives you a little bit of everything, the size is small enough to be trailerable, a v-berth for relaxing or taking a nice afternoon nap, and a nice hard top to keep you dry. She has had many upgrades that make her stand out in the crowd. As of May 2022, The bottom has been completely redone, including paint, barrier coating, prop, and rudder. All new canvas and cushions (no stains), two updated batteries, and a replaced bilge pump. She even comes with a lobster davit to keep the vessel's sides from getting smacked by the traps. A 2003 Direct Drive Yanmar Diesel 4LHA-DTP powers her, rated at 200 hp, with plenty of horses to get you out to the fish or whatever your plans are for the day. The electronics include Radar, GPS/Fishfinder, and Icom VHF, so you can always find the fish/lobster and bring your catch back home. The engine has just over 200 hours on her as of October 2022. The large cockpit gives you plenty of space to fish an entire crew in comfort. The hardtop provides you the coverage needed when the weather isn't cooperating, keeping you close enough to keep an eye on your bait. What else can be said?
