THE OFFICE is a two Stateroom 2012 45’ Sea Ray Sundancer equipped with the largest engine package available; T- Cummins (Zeus Pod Drive System) 480HP. The propulsion includes Skyhook Station-Keeping Technology & Joystick Docking. The Transom has ample storage (for Fenders & Gear w/gas assist) complete with Underwater Lighting. Before entering the Cockpit area, there is a Large Aft Sunpad with Dual Backrest that can be opened to make into a Larger Sunpad. The Cockpit has a U-Shaped area with Table, Refrigerator and Sink as well as a Built-In Grill and TV for outdoor entertaining. All of the Cockpit lighting was converted to dimmers. Moving forward in the Cockpit there are Twin Double-Wide Helm Chairs with flip-up thigh rise bolster, armrests on a heavy-duty pedestal.
