Thanks for taking the time to view my listing. I have been a fiberglass molder since 1976. I applied for and received my Manufacturer Identification Code from the Coast Guard in 1977. My MIC is LKC if you would like to verify. What we have here is a new 13' center console skiff/yacht tender. The hull is 100% hand laminated fiberglass. It is a variable deadrise v-hull originated by Sea Craft To get a much better explanation of what variable deadrise is than I could give search (the hull truth 39616). The side chambers act as stringers which are not usually found on a boat this size. Attaching the storage chambers that cross between the side chambers to the side chambers provide a very rigid hull. The side chambers also contain the Coast Guard mandated level foam flotation. As can be seen in the pictures there is a lot of storage (approx. 12 cu. ft.) which does not count the area beneath the floor. The wood used for the lids of the storage chambers and the floor is heartwood cedar some of which has been stained cabernet, the light color is unstained. The forward deck and side rails are southern yellow pine stained with a blend of brown and cabernet. There is an anchor roller attached to the forward deck (bow pulpit). Bow and stern lights are mounted but not wired. The off white material through out the interior is fiberglass. I do not use screws to attach the wood to the fiberglass. Through bolts are used exclusively. I have left several items undone in order to give the purchaser the option to use the items he or she prefers. They include the steering and control systems and the bilge pump. The center console has not been mounted as it can be mounted to suit the operators height. I will mount the aforementioned items at no charge. Electrical systems are not my forte so I will leave that task to someone more qualified. A 5 year Coast Guard mandated hull warranty applies. As this is a new boat there is no title yet. The purchaser will receive an MSO (manufacturers statement of origin) and a bill of sale. These documents are then taken to the DMV and the state issues the title. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Thanks again for your time and have a great day, Butch
