If you are serious about getting a real boat and want a great deal this is the boat for you. This boat is built like a tank she is solid and you cant go wrong with twin caterpillar diesels with very low hours on them under 3000. She fires right up and runs great she has two bed rooms, one of which is a bunk room, two bathrooms, one shower, new bimini top and snap on window covers, new battery charger, gps and depth finder, fortress anchor, oven, stove, refrigerator, 150 gallon water tank with running water, shore power, flat screen TV, two stand up ac units. The boat is livable, I have lived on her for the last year and am now moving back to Texas to start a family. She can be a really really nice live aboard boat with a little work she could be so nice. She has two 150 gallon fuel tanks and is ready to cruise, she sips fuel only burning about 3 gallons per hour with both mains running at 1400 rpms which gets you about 10 knots in calm water. she can plane out and do 15 to 20 but I very rarely run her above 1500. The motors are like new they have so few hours on them for their age its just rediculous and they will last another 10000 hours easy if they are taken care of. I really hope she gets a good home I love my boat and i hate to see her go but my life is taking me in a different direction and I just cant keep her any more. she would make an awesome 6 pack fishing charter, or commercial fishing boat. 1970 Avenger 39 Sport Fish Twin 210 hp 3160 V-8 Caterpillar Diesel inboard engine runs and ran last on 10/2014.  Engine hours approx. 1,200.  She did have some moisture in the port fuel tank.  Both fuel tanks should have the fuel polished before being put back into service.  This boat is built like a tank!  Decks are solid and the side catwalks are very easy to navigate.  The cabin is extra large with twin staterooms, oversized galley, and an enormous salon.  When we removed the carpet, there was some evidence of termites in the cabinetry at one time. Has a generator (not tested) and A/C.  Has a fighting chair fish finder and vhf radio.
