The boat is in decent shape for a 2002. The cockpit deck, fore deck, cabin sole, and swim platform feel solid with no soft spots observed. Minor scratches are to be expected of a boat this age. The upholstery has a few small tears and staining from algae. The engine hatch needs a hinge and support strut replaced. The companionway hatch has a cracked corner. The bilge is clean and dry. This model is about as big as you can go with a single engine in the express cruiser market.  Just installed a remanufactured Mercruiser 7.4L MPI w/ ZERO hours and warranty until August 2014.  Recent updates include NEW enclosure that has not yet been put on the boat.
