I am reluctantly selling my 1988 Bayliner 3218 Motor Yacht. Her name is Inamorata and she has served me well. She is located in Diversey Harbor and I am currently living on her for the summer here. She has been a great livaboard for me offering comfort and all the amenties I have needed for living and entertaining at the dock or anchored in South Florida or Chicago. Last winter her first winter in Florida and has been in Chicago and Michigan up until this past fall. She has a dual helm, Spacious aft deck for fishing or sunbathing, Shower on aft deck with wet bar, AC with new water pump, reverse cycle electric and engine coolant heat in cabin, Hot Water (new element), 3 burner propane stove with full oven (modified to use standard propane tanks). AC/DC refrgerator and wet bar with fridge on back deck. I currently use it for both my 2nd home and my office.Six life jackets, life ring, fenders, lines, power cords. Hummingbird GPS, Fishfinder, Chartplotter comboi in upper helm. Tablet based chartplotter lower helm. Compasses both helms. Engines are 305 US Marine Chevy small block engines converted to electronic ignition.670 hours and both start up right away. Carbs were rebuilt last spring.New Macerator and water pump last year. Mechanical, electrical and Plumbing all in good working order. New upholstery on upper deck seats. Cabin has new carpet, curtains, seat covers. Queen sized v-berth and King sized bed in aft cabin. Aft cabin has it's own sink. New props and shaft balanced last spring The Bad and Things I haven't fixed yet but most likely will soon Starboard Fuel Gauge float sticks in tank.Canvas - Bimini and privacy canvas are homemade. In good condition but may want to replace with professional canvasInside teak has some spots showing wear and tear (small scratches)No Generator - I use a 300w pure sinewave and a 1000w modified sine wave inverter when anchored. I also have a portable generator I can use.Spots on deck where I spilled some cetol, will wear off over time but still noticeable6"x24" area on starboard hull gelcoat repaired but noticeable color variation on new area when sun hits it. As it ages it will blend betterTeak in Galley and Head area needs to be oiled or refinishedGeneral deep cleaning as boat is used frequently
