This Bayliner 3888 appears to be in good condition and well-kept. The previous owner did a lot of work to her back in 2019, both mechanically and cosmetically. Even the helm enclosure was installed new back in 2019. There are a few known issues aboard: The Furuno radar isn't currently functioning, the autopilot is not working, the heater in the salon is not working and the generator won't stay running. A recent survey suggested that the struts be reset, specifically the starboard strut. There are two water tanks in the Bayliner, but only the forward tank is in use, as the midship tank has a leak. With a few minor repairs, this Bayliner 3888 will be ready to ply the seas or to host your friends and family for weekends of fun. Stock #272265 ***SALE PENDING*** Nice MotorYacht! Are you ready to be on the Water this summer? This classic Bayliner 3888 Motoryacht has a very desirable layout with its comfortable Midcabin floorplan that features a double berth that extends under the sole. Bayliner added a lower helm to the 3888 in case you don't feel like climbing the ladder. The upper helm, however, is a great place to drive the boat from, with great visibility, and the full complement of gauges and electronics, whether you're headed to the island or plan to sportfish. The aft cockpit provides a nice amount of space for entertaining or hooking into your favorite sportfish. Besides the lower helm, the salon of the Bayliner 3888 features a massive horseshoe dinette, wet bar, and the television sits forward on a shelf by the window. The galley is down to starboard, neatly and compactly built to afford you the opportunity to make anything from the simplest of snacks to the most gourmet of meals. The Captain's stateroom forward is rather large and includes a queen bed, dresser bureau, and hanging closet. There are two heads onboard. One is privately accessible to starboard for the master bedroom and is a half bath, with a toilet and sink. The other head is accessible from the hall and the second stateroom, and it shares a double door bathtub with the master stateroom, a very nice feature that in effect creates double insulation between the cabins for privacy. The twin Hinos are easily accessible via the door in the cockpit and there are three access hatches in the cockpit for ease of service on both the engines and the generator.
