In the event buyer properly voids the sale in the required timeframe, buyer's sole remedy shall be to receive a refund of any monies paid toward the purchase in excess of the required deposit. The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded and no consideration shall be given for any buyer’s costs incidental to the sale including, but not limited to, travel, inspection, shipping or repairs.
