Up for auction is a 1986 Bayliner 27' overall length and tandem trailer. We purchased this boat late last year to finish the season out. Unfortunately the outdrive was shot. We found a good drive, installed it and took the boat out 3 times before the seasons end. The boat ran excellent. The out drive proved to be turn key with no issues. Here is a little bit about the boat:The interior was replaced before our ownership and looks great, the shore power was never plugged in so you will need to check this out before using it. The galley has a sink, electric/alcohol stove and refrigerator. These is an aft cabin which is very roomy. My husband is 6'2 and sleeps comfortably there. You can also sleep in the v-berth which also converts into two couches with detachable center table. There are two removable tables total for dinette and rear cockpit. There are holding tanks for fresh water and sanitation. The head appears to be in working order but never used. There is a marine radio, depth finder and all gauges work. Trim tabs are functional and this boat has a new out drive tilt motor, 1 spare prop, 2 interstate marine batteries, perko switch, Bimini top in good shape with storage sock. Miscellaneous items that are included are: Fenders, anchor, paddle, fire extinguisher, lines, old outdrive and gimbal section (still has a lot of reusable parts).The spotlight does not work. This is a drop in the water boat and go and she gets on top of the water good, rides rough water well and respectable fuel economy. It trailers very well. The Illinois boat stickers are good until 2017, so just apply the stickers if an Illinois person wins the auction. The trailer does not have a title due to the state it came from, unfortunately I didn't study the paperwork when I purchased the package. I will write out a bill of sale and if there should be any issues that should arise I'll do my best to help the paperwork transition run smoothly. The boat has a current Illinois license and title.
