Broker’s Comment:Only sailed in Lake Erie’s freshwater, “Blake Erie” is a 3 - Cabin, 2 - Head layout commissioned by RCR Yachts at our Buffalo, NY marine and sailed to Erie, PA in May of 2010. She has been berthed at Erie Yacht Club ever since and has had professional care the majority of which was done by RCR Yachts. Her owners have a Florida residence and are planning on making that their full time home.
