This means the boat is more than half paid for.FYG will pay the dockage, Insurance, and all basic maintenance while in our sailing school/charter fleet. Buyer gets unlimited usage when not booked plus 72 reserved days per year (1 weekend/month plus 4 weekdays/month)!   With a  $15,000 down payment Florida Yacht Group  will finance the balance at 5% interest but buyer must leave boat in our SP Sailing School for 5 years from closing date.
