The outdrives look to be in good operational condition and show no damage. The cabin is cluttered but shows no excessive wear and tear. The helm looks neat and functional.
The bridge will need the arch installed and the deck could use new paint.
The forward head needs cosmetic work. The interior needs some light cleaning and cosmetic repairs.

This Lotus Trawler 52 is a great shallow water boat. Is has been used most of its life in freshwater on the Great Lakes. The boat drafts 3'6" making it ideal for cruising where most boats its size cannot reach. The rugged all steel hull has a centerline keel for stability and to protect the outdrives from grounding. The stern of the hull flattens out providing an extra stabile platform.
The boat is currently on the hard but was just motored down the waterway 50 miles to its current boatyard a few weeks ago.
The boat has twin 2018 Volvo Penta D4 diesel engines matched with Volvo Penta Duo-prop outdrives. The engine room is located beneath the steps in the stern. With the 18-foot beam, there is plenty of room inside.
A covered overhang from the massive upper deck surrounds the cabin, providing protection from rain and shade. A large auxiliary tank is mounted on the bow for extra fuel storage.
The spacious cabin has plenty of windows and a sliding glass door to the aft, for easy entry.
The helm is well laid out. The captain has twin Volvo Penta engine control LCD screens, a VHF, and a large Garmin 12" MFD overhead with radar. The boat has autopilot and electric steering.
There are two cabins and two heads below. For convenience, there is an onboard washer/dryer.
Three solar panels have been installed, and two new panels are still in boxes. The Kubota 11 kW generator provides plenty of power for all your electrical needs.

2010 OCEAN WAVE 33 SEAHAWK
This is a 2010 33 foot Ocean Wave. With twin 250 Yamaha motors with 380 hours on them. It also has a white powder coated hard top with 4 rod holers. The leaning post has storage under the seat as well as a yeti cooler for drinks. There is a huge livewell in the back. I just last year updated all the electronics on the boat I will list them below. 2002 Sea Ray 240 Sundeck,I am the fisrt and only owner of this 2002 Sea Ray sundeck. Boat has been well taken care of. New factory reman 5.0 260hp mercruiser block added Feb 2013. Only 91.0 hrs since install. Lower unit resealed Feb 2015. New batteries, boat covers cleaned and water proofed, fuel/water sep., and installed 2 Sea Blaze X blue underwater lights in June 2015. New alterntor July 2015. New engine coupler( which transfers power from motor to Bravo IIII outdrive ) and entire transom housing replace Aug 2015. I also had the impeller, bellows, shifter cable boot and other various items changed out at the same time. Interior cushions are a 6 out of 10. Mostly small cracks on the sides not visible and lightly faded. Roomy pump out head on the port side with vanity and sink and plenty of storage under the helm. 2 ladders (bow and stern). Large swim platform. Boat is actually 26'4" with platform. 4 freshwater sprayers. 25 gallon freshwater tank. 60 gallon fuel tank. Boat also comes with a 3 year old tandem trailer bought new from Rocket trailers in Fort Myers. Recently service by same to include new lights and upgraded brakes. This boat is alot of fun with plenty of room to entertain. Freshly detailed September 2015. 4,600 lbs empty roughly.Tows fine with my 1500. Looking to move into a fishing boat.
