Volvo 2003T- marine diesel engine and trans, complete except alternator. This engine came in a new boat but ran hot. DID NOT OVERHEAT, Owner said take it out and put in a new one. Took this eng. back to the shop, rebuilt both cooling systems, raw water and fresh side. still ran hot. Pulled the head, magnafluxed the head and block. No cracks. noticed the head gasket was messed up, apparently in original asembly. Replaced gasket, put on the dyno, runs great. Less than 100 hrs. OBO.
