Hunter 240 sailboat 24' Yr. 2004. sleeps 4-6 Overall condition is excellent. New Main sail, furling Jib 150. new bottom paint, new battery. Portable stove, galley with water. Porta pot. All interior cushions & table. Standing & running rigging in good shape.This is a swing keel with water ballest system & one man mast hoist system. Depth gauge, portable radio, windex. The trailer is galvanized, with single axle & is in good working order. Only used in fresh water. Has a fresh coat of wax & is ready to sail. This a great sailing boat weather you are a new sailor or an old pro.

It has 209 hours all in fresh water. My wife and I are the second owners we are seniors. It was purchased new in 2007 from Mau Marine, Okoboji, IA by a NW Iowa farmer. He traded for a bigger boat and we bought the boat in 2008. The engine is a 496 Mag, 375 Horsepower Merc. Equipment includes Captain's Call Exhaust Pressurized water system with a sink about mid boat on the starboard side and water hose at back of boat on swim deck Docking lights Factory upgraded AMFMDVDSatellite stereo system Lots of under-seat and in-floor storage Porta potty on port side in front of left front seat Bravo 3 outdrive with dual stainless steal props Hydraulic steering Removable round table can be inserted at aft or stern of boat Custom boat cover Bimini top Nice sundeck stern Snap out carpets Capacity is OR Tandem axle Shorlander boat trailer with surge brakes. Since we have owned the boat it has been stored inside in the winter and in the summer we keep it at Saylorville Marina in Polk City, Iowa in a covered slip on a hoist. Last year I replaced the water pump and impellor. I also put 2 new marine batteries in it at the beginning of last season. Dave's Marine in Des Moines does all of my service work including annual service. I have all service records since we purchased the boat. This is a boat the whole family can enjoy as we have.
