I bought this brand new (It is still in brand new condition), from U-Haul soon after they stopped renting them to pull a Chevy S-10 PU from Providence up to Maine. Other than that I have only used it a few times to reposition not running vehicles around my yard. I did buty a set of ad-on trailer lights, but not sure the condition of them right now or even if I still have them. Where I have seen these used most often is when people have a mobile home theh hook this up to the car behind them so they can use the car to get around after parking the mobile home. They usually just leave the frame on the car and strap it back when it's not pulling the car
