1989 Bayliner 4588,Always freshwater, two owner pilothouse motoryacht located near Pittsburgh, PA. We purchased this boat from the original owner in Milwaukee in 2000. We are only selling because after 25 years of boating, we are moving up in size. This boat has always been professionally maintained and updated often. We have made many upgrades over the years including: Corian countertops throughout, dishwasher, convection microwave. We've recently replaced: all three heat pump/air conditioners with 18,000 BTU units, washer/dryer, icemaker, both toilets, mattresses, upholstery, carpeting, iPod ready stereos with Bose speakers and flybridge furniture. The dinghy crane has been upgraded to hydraulic and moved to portside.This boat layout is well suited for entertaining and extended cruising. From aft, step onto a large swim platform and enter the cockpit through a step-through transom door. Enter the huge salon through single, sliding, teak-trimmed door. The salon has a wet bar with lots of bottle and glass storage, dedicated ice-maker, flat screen tv, and comfortable lounge seating.Forward of the salon is a well designed galley with lots of storage, to port. The galley has a dishwasher, trash compactor, convection microwave, 12v/120v refrigerator and smooth cook top.Proceeding forward and down three steps to port is a guest cabin, with flat screen tv, hanging locker and under bed drawers. There is a guest bath with shower, starboard. Proceed forward to a chart/bunk room, port side, and forward to master suite with 2 hanging lockers, underbed drawers, flat screen tv, and private bath with bathtub.From the salon go up three steps to the pilot house which affords great visibility and comfortable guest seating.The front deck can be easily accessed through the pilot house doors (port and starboard) or along the wide gunwales.The front deck is huge and flat which makes it ideal for entertaining while underway. It also has a built in couch and Bose speakers. The flybridge has been redesigned to allow for wraparound seating, additional seating behind with the dinghy stowed sideways, aft. We have had several events with 20+ people on this boat and everyone can find a seat somewhere. The boat is well equipped with 3 reverse cycle heat/AC pumps plus 3 electric heaters, central vac, washer/dryer, and 12v/120v refrigerator. Electronics include: radar, VHF radios and depth finders. Onan 12KW diesel generator.This is an extremely reliable, fuel efficient, easy to operate boat.
