For Sale: 1993 Playmor 5thWheel Camper $2,800 OBO
Sleeps 6 to 8. Has two Full Beds at the front, and a Queen Bed in Back.
All Appliances are included and they are, a Propane Gas Stove top and oven, A microwave, and a Refrigerator & Freezer. Beautiful custom made- Oak cabinets in the kitchen area. Lots of Cabinets and Storage space through-out.
Air Conditioner works well, and Propane Heat works well also. And, the Hot water also works great when showering. Has a a nice shower in the bathroom as well. It is a nice Camper, and is very spacious at a length of 28 foot.
It does also need some minor work done. And this is what that is: Will need a spot under the kitchen table on the floor replaced. (This will not be any more then ONE sheet of plywood) there is also another even smaller weak spot to floor at the entrance of the Camper. It will also, eventually have to be replaced. And MAYBE some work to the wall directly behind the area to the floor-Located at the entrance. Also, the outside awning will have to be replaced, IF you would like to use this feature, as it has the Awning frame but, no awning.
**There are no Leaks, and never have been in the Camper, to my knowledge. Meaning since I have owned it for two years. The Repairs above that I listed were all due to a Storm that came through last year. The winds tore the vent from the kitchen area off, and this is the damage it received. The vent was replaced with a brand new one and no problems since. We had planned to do these repairs ourselves and then due to financial situation we are now having to sell.
ALSO COMES WITH TWO PROPANE TANKS.ONE FOR YOUR WATER AND OTHER FOR FOR YOUR HEAT. ALSO HAS THE SEPTIC HOSING ALSO INCLUDED .
