Excellent day/weekend cuddy. Kept in heated indoor winter storage near Centennial airport and available to see/power up at any time. Powered by 5.0L Merc with Bravo III stainless steel prop(s), 410 hours. I have two props, 24 & 22 (not exactly sure on sizes) but holding on to one or it's negociable. Bimini plus full camper enclosure, windshield, sides curtains, stern curtain. Perfect for Grand Lake; snow, hail not a problem. Dual battery with crossover switch, fire extinguisher system (manual/automatic), upgrade stereo w/ new powerful speakers and amplifier w/ Sirius satellite/iPod & bluetooth. Sink w/ 12 gallon fresh water, plus swim deck shower. Clean snap-in carpet. Bow and stern removable tables. Porta poti system that's NEVER been used, thus never flushed (we removed the porta potti for storage but included in sale). Built-in dock headlights are really cool. Heritage trailer, new tires in 2013. Sway tongue. All service records since 2012, including $3K new outdrive clutch assembly done by Chris at Great Lakes Marine Aug. 2016.
