A popular model with a custom “Palm Beach” profile that many anglers love, the Pursuit 3000 Offshore was one of the preeminent offshore fishing boats in her class following her introduction in 1995.
She’s built on a smooth-running modified-V hull with a relatively wide beam, a substantial 19 degrees of transom dead- rise, and a well-flared bow. The cockpit about 60 square feet in size came with a full array of top-notch fishing amenities including a transom door, a centerline bait station (with an above deck livewell), two cushioned storage boxes, and a big transom fish box. Note that the helm is located on the centerline, a design that opens up the interior by moving the companionway to starboard.
The entire bridge deck can be hydraulically raised for engine access. There are berths for four below in the spacious cabin two pilot berths to starboard and a double berth forward as well as a roomy head, a backlit rod storage showcase, and a complete galley.
Cabin
Sleeps 4 owners and guests in an offset double berth forward and “pullman” bunks. Aft to port is a large hanging locker followed by the enclosed head. The spacious galley area is against the aft bulkhead.
