1988 Carver 3807 Aft Cabin
This Carver 3807 Motor Yacht is a classic two stateroom, two head aft cabin motor yacht with a spacious interior layout. The 14-foot beam and 42 6 length overall gives this boat great outside and interior spaces with plenty of storage.
The aft area is shaded by a sculpted hardtop and protected by a complete enclosure. This area includes plenty of room for deck furniture and has a wet bar, refrigerator and separate ice maker. There are three steps up to the spacious bridge which has a raised Captain's helm seat and a doublewide seat to starboard. Forward of the helm is a curved settee which will seat three.
Step down into the large salon which is highlighted by finished teak, beautiful cabinetry and paneling. This boat features a lower helm station with complete instrumentation. The galley area includes a refrigerator, 3 burner stove top, oven, microwave, deep stainless steel sinks and a raised dinette which converts to a double bed. There is plenty of storage under the dinette seats and a large storage area under the helm which is accessible via a sliding door. A built in pantry provides plenty of storage space for canned goods and groceries.
The forward head is to portside and features a large space with a vanity, lighting, electric Raritan head, and separate stall shower. The spacious V-berth in the forward stateroom has air and heat controls, area for a TV, plenty of storage, hanging locker and a separate door into the forward head. A custom memory foam mattress has been added for comfort.
The aft cabin features a queen bed with custom memory foam mattress located in the port corner which creates a large stateroom. There is a nice size vanity with make-up mirror and seat, a bureau with lots of drawers and the ability to walk around most of the bed. The en suite Raritan head is starboard and offers a nice size shower and spacious head area. There are plenty of mirrors, good lighting and abundant storage.
Added features include a Purasan Treatment System eliminating the need for pump out and a KVH TracVision so you can watch TV while on the water.
I have owned this boat for 10 years and as a registered professional Mechanical Engineer Ive meticulously worked to keep this boat in excellent mechanical and overall condition. The boat is smoke and pet free.
