2003 Precision P 18 This is a 2003 Precision 18, but it was purchased new in 2008 (it had been sitting on a dealer lot for several years, see year of the outboard, which was purchased new with the boat).  It includes a 2007 6-HP Mercury 4-stroke outboard, or electric trolling motor, if interested.  This boat was purchased new by my father, so while the title will indicate two owners, it is essentially a one owner boat.  It was well cared for and trailer sailed except for one season on Lake Harriet (Minneapolis) and a half season on Lake Minnetonka. The boat is still in indoor winter storage, so I will upload more pictures after I pick it up in April.  I'm just trying to get a jump on selling it because we are currently shopping for our next boat.  I love the boat, and it can be easily sailed by one person who knows what they are doing.  With a growing family of little ones more interested in a power boat, we are just looking to make a change. Specifics: 2007 6hp Mercury 4-stroke outboard I also have a trolling motor (see picture), that I bought new in 2013 for the season it was on Lake Harriet (no motor lake).  I would also sell that and the extra battery if you were interested. Performace(brand) trailer Roller furler with a 150 genoa (Genoa has sail cover material on outer edge to prevent fading) Original Sails Sail cover for main Lazy guys for easy up and down main, but could be easily removed (I don't have them on in the below picture) Pioneer cd player with aux input 4 speakers (2 mounted in the cabin, two waterproof mounted in cockpit) Running lights Nice So-Pac cushions for cockpit Transom ladder Fresh coat of anti-fouling paint in summer of 2016 I think all blocks and rigging are Harken, but I will need to verify I also have a bunch of other cushions, an anchor, and some life jackets that I would consider throwing in Link to manufacturers details: http://precisionboatworks.com/boats/p18/index.php
