Barb fittings for seacocks need replacing. The raw water discharge hoses need replacing. The hull appears solid with as expected scratches and slight blemishes.

60 ft 1972 Monk Mcqueen. this yacht has always been moored outside and is set up to take on the weather. she has been personally owned for 10 yrs and has been into Alaska and Canada many times. She has plenty of power and cruises at ten knts and run up to 18 knts, powered by twin turbo charged V8 cummins. She is in great shape and has always been well maintained. she has a great electical system, (large invertors) and new battery banks, generally speaking you rarley use the generator. She is equipped with all navigational equipment. Two complete bridges.we are asking 149000 would be open to offers, would take real estate contracts (seasoned) in trade if approved or unimproved property.also would consider a motorhome of equal value as trade. The yacht is moored in scappoose oregon. If you become interested call for more information at (206-298-9990)or email ([email protected]) this yacht would make a great live aboard, the asking price next to a float home is very fair, and this yacht is a great liveaboard. possibly carry a contract to the right individual.
