1994 Catalina 270, EXCELLENT CONDITION/MUST SEE TO APPRECIATE. This 270 has been modified and measures 30'. I started overhauling this boat late 2014 and have receipts for $35k. Less than 30 hours on rebuilt engine and trans. New sails, rigging, dodger, bimini, cockpit table, cushions, speakers, upholstery, toilet, facets, macerator, bilge pump, BBQ, bottom paint, folding dinette table. Added 2 aft winches, wood floors & countertops.

Single leaf sprung drum brake six lug 5,000lbs axle capacityOriginal 1993 100hp Commercial Johnson 2 stroke outboard. No hour meter. Motor needs a new stator and the carbs cleaned. Stators can be found here on ebay for $40-$60.Solid even engine compression 100,100,100,105 psi taken cold. All original vessel with typical crazing as seen from boston whalers of this age (see pictures). Solid hull no soft spots, no delamination. Front anchor locker hatch corner shows signs of delamination (See picture). Vessel has original fuel lines and original electrical wiring. Rear drain copper sleeve could use replacement. Two11 gallon above deck plastic fuel tanks. Currently electrical set up is one group 24 marine battery. Hydraulic Steering. Rear ram seals could use replacement as showing signs of leakage. Arizona Registered Vessel with valid registration thru 10/2016 . Arizona clean and clear titled trailer. Nice solid vessel with proper water lines. Live well with bait container with auto aerator. First owner and have all paperwork/books.
