There's a piece of the cabin door that came off during the storm, the seller still has the piece that can be affixed. The are some scrapes that could be buffed on the hull and scratched on the starboard side of the bow. The captain chairs are in good condition, no soft spots detected, and the cabin could use a good cleaning. The seller doesn't have time to enjoy her reason for the sell. Offer encouraged!!
