This is a beautifully maintained vessel loaded with nice features. Engine Package She’s powered by two fuel injected 4.3 Liter Mercruiser engines. The drives are equipped with counter rotating stainless steel propellers providing maximum traction in the water while eliminating steering torque. Both engines have been tested and run perfectly. The generator is a 5 KW Kohler. It runs perfectly and has been load tested. It is also equipped with triple batteries with locking switches, hydraulic trim tabs, and a power engine hatch lift. Cabin The cabin is beautifully trimmed with cherry wood toned cabinets and doors. All of the upholstery is like new. The carpet is removable and both forward and mid-ship dinette tables can be lowered to provide additional beds for a total accommodation of six persons. The cabin is climate controlled with air conditioning with reverse heat. There are several lighting configurations as well as two bow hatches, four side hatches, and one aft cabin hatch. The galley consists of a corian counter top, sink with pressure hot and cold water, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and television. The head has a vacu-flush head unit, shower, sink, and macerator for off shore waste evacuation. Deck At the helm are tilt steering, controls for the windlass power anchor, Garmin GPS 440, VHF Radio, and stereo remote control. The deck has removable carpeting, bolster style captains chair, and a lounge seat. There are storage compartments under several seats and in the transom hatch. The dinette table can be lowered to create a sun pad. All of the upholstery is in nice shape. The corner of the lounge seat shows some wear but is fine for use. The bimini top, boot, isinglass windshield and side panels are all like new as well as the cockpit cover. Hull The entire hull is in excellent condition with a beautiful mirror luster and the bottom paint is in good condition. This houseboat was built in 1997, soundly constructed of steel pontoons and solid steel foundation, with the structure being built of wood. The pontoons are painted with top-of-the-line Coal Cat Marine coating. Want to take her into salt water? No problem! Those steel pontoons with the tar epoxy coating are safe from corrosion not to mention they are durable and strong. There are six baffles in each pontoon so if part of the pontoon is compromised; only that baffle will potentially fill with water. Comfort, ease of use and ample storage were the themes of this layout. From the penthouse loft, that sleeps 4-6 children, or can be used for storage, to the rear bedroom and great room with two berths, a total of 12 people can sleep aboard in her current configuration.
