I am selling my 40 foot boat slip at Breakwater Key in Stratford, Connecticut. The marina is in a key at the entrance of the Housatonic River. It is well protected. No wakes or current. By land it is next door to Knapps Landing Seafood Restaurant. This slip is the only over-sized 40 in this marina for bow and stern extensions and plenty of room to leave the engines up.
It is a nice place to spend the summers with family and friends. If you do not have a pool, there is a pool and clubhouse to cool off during the summer. There is a picnic area and gas grill for family cook outs. You can rent the clubhouse for your special events, birthday, showers, etc.
Nice people and a great place for your boat. By far the best thing we have owned for many years. We used the clubhouse all the time for our parties instead of having them at our house. Everyone loved the pool after a day of boating in the hot sun. This was our extended weekend and get away.
