Priced to sell! Only $5450. 1984 Sea Ray Sundancer 245 Cabin Cruiser with EZ loader trailer. Mercruiser 228 HP Chevy 305. Full Cabin Top. Forward cabin and aft cabin! Starts, Runs, Floats, Drives Great! Almost new batteries. Interior shows wear but is overall good and ready to go. Bathroom with sink, window, and new not yet installed $500 macerating toilet to utilize the onboard holding tank. Galley kitchen with running water and alcohol stove. Stereo not currently working. Fiberglass is in very good condition. The full camper top is in great condition including the zippers, snaps, screens, & windows. The full cabin like this would cost today to have it made well over $4,000. There is a mooring cover that is in excellent condition and a full canvas for storage that is good/very good condition. To my knowledge the boat has never been slipped. It was stored on a boat lift on Lake Minnetonka for most of its life and has since been kept on it's big nice heavy duty trailer.
