In the world of classic trawlers, this Albin is a great choice! Sturdy, roomy, and very well maintained. At 36 feet long and with a beam of over 13 feet, this is a big boat. As soon as you walk up to it, you sense this is a capable traveler or liveaboard. Built on a fiberglass hull with solid decks, cap rails, swim platform, doors, and more, she exudes classic yachting charm and grace. This Albin is equipped with a stern thruster! The flybridge design provides you a high perch from which to command her on most days, while the second helm station inside lets you drive her in comfort when the weather is not cooperating. Up top is the primary outdoor entertaining space, with benches for several guests and room for additional folding chairs. The upper helm is equipped with a Simrad and Garmin GPS. The seats are comfortable and there is a VHF for hailing! Has radar and Autopilot! Inside the cabin is a large salon with a fully equipped galley and U-shaped dinette. The dinette converts to a berth. Beneath the dinette cushions is storage. There is an AC unit that cools her nicely! In the bow, there is a V-berth, with plenty of storage areas and a full head. Quality workmanship and price of ownership is evident throughout. Classic trawler layout with aft cabin, forward stateroom and both upper and lower helms. The large airy salon offers a flexible floor plan and good storage. Wing doors lead to wide side decks to port and starboard. This Albin has only had two owners. The current owner has owned it since 2007. The boat is in normal condition for its age. Seller recently spent 27k on the engine- water got in the engine compartment so he was proactive and had the engine disassembled and checked- most of the external parts are new- He replaced components such as the starter, alternator, steering pump, water pump, etc The seller has receipts available with an offer. The engine runs great according to the owner and only has a couple of hours of runtime since the engine work was completed Everything onboard operates as designed. This Albin 32 Sportfisher is in very good condition for its age! The flybridge canvas and isinglass enclosure is new. Both the interior and exterior of the vessel appear to be in very good shape. The owner reports all major components are fully operational. This Albin is also equipped with Barnaclean. Barnaclean is a microprocessor-controlled antifouling system that repels barnacles and other bio-organisms from the hull. It is compact, energy-efficient, and draws less than 50 milli-amps from the vessel's 12-volt battery. It installs inside the hull with no through hull fittings. As for engine hours, the seller estimates 76 since the top end of the Cummins was rebuilt. The original gauge reads 1,414. Please note all stereo speakers have been replaced with new units. ENTIRE UPPER DECK NEEDS REPLACING REDUCED 20K AS OF 3/26/2024 Boat has been used recently as a cruiser and all the systems are in operating order. 3/13/24 complete bottom job with paint completed (photos uploaded) Deck is solid and she should show well for her age. Teak trim has recently been recoated in most areas. There is a "spongy" spot on the upper rear deck. Bottom has no blisters or delamination. Priced reduced 20K 3/26/2024 I was out at the Albin and the complete upper deck needs replacing as it is soft/spongy. ENTIRE UPPER DECK NEEDS REPLACING There are numerous leaks that have been detected and engine is overheating. Owner is trying to have these issues fixed. The Albin is going to need a lot of work. 3/13/24 Bottom job just completed (shown in photos) going back into the water. Trawler has recently been cruising the Chesapeake and is in good shape.
