Overall, this sailboat is in great condition. The sails, running rigging, anchor and equipment below are usable and ready to go. There are a few minor things that need to be addressed, but nothing that stops the boat from being used right now. The things that need to be addressed are: 1. the icebox needs a good cleaning as it currently has an odor 2. the master stateroom shower has a crack in the fiberglass floor and any water that makes it way through the crack goes to the bilge, but as set up, the water from this shower going down the drain goes to the bilge as well so there is no difference 3. the headliner in a few areas needs to be replaced (easily orderable on Amazon and other sources). Of note, there is a plastic component of the ceiling in the port aft cabin that is missing (see pictures) and redoing the headliner in this cabin is an easy and cheap way to make this cabin look new again. Stock #178685 Big, clean Beneteau sailboat in a liveaboard slip. Come take a look! If you are in the market for a cruiser, look no further than this 1991 Beneteau Oceanis 500 Prestige, just reduced to $119,900 (offers encouraged). This vessel is located in San Rafael, California and is in good condition. She is also equipped with a Perkins engine that has 1,216 hours. Reason for selling is moving from bay areak.

2009 Admiral Executive 40 Extended Owner's Version KAISOSI is the best equipped and most effectively customized Admiral Executive 40 ever built.   The builder's concept was to build a top tier fully equipped boat instead of building a base catamaran and adding options,  but KAISOSI's owners ordered her upgraded even above the factory specifications.  After an extended shakedown cruise, and with the help of designer Angelo Lavranos, the hulls were extended over 3 feet to increase speed and load carrying capacity. The owners have spared no expense to make KAISOSI a safe, comfortable, self sufficient, and easy to handle world cruising catamaran. I have more money in this boat than I am selling it for, with that said, I am not in hurry to sell it nor do I need to. I just hate seeing it sit unused. I no longer spearfish and have not taken the boat out in over a year. This Trophy is a Walkaround with a cabin. A Volvo diesel engine has been installed as an in-board and it also has the Volvo Penta DP 290 outdrive. The tank holds 100 gallons of diesel and is full. The gentleman I purchased the boat from said it gets close to 5mpg. I did not test this as I never took it more than a mile offshore but it does get good mileage putting up and down the Intercoastal. After I purchased the boat I pulled out the old electronics that were in it and installed a Garmin 7212 Chartplotter, Garmin VHF200 radio, Garmin GMR 18 HD radar, Kenwood Apple iPod/Satellite Radio Marine receiver, and Kenwood 61/2” 2-way speakers. If I remember right, all this stuff somewhere between $5000-$5500 when purchased. I never decided which one I wanted so right now the boat does NOT have a transducer. The boat has a metal grate platform on the back that can be used as a swim platform and it also holds a SSI 320 quart ice chest which will also come with the boat. The boat has a hard fiberglass top. I also purchased a custom cover for the boat which was $500 or maybe a little more. It comes with the aluminum tri-axle trailer you see it on. I installed new wiring and LED lights on the trailer and also added side marker lights. The trailer does not have brakes and pulls just fine. As far as the boat: The previous owner installed a Vintage Air AC system but I’ve never used it. The belt is also not hooked up on the compressor. I asked the guy I bought it from if it worked and he said yes but there was a squeak. I looked at the compressor pulley alignment with the crank pulley and it needs to be spaced out so that could be the only problem. This boat does have a head and freshwater tanks. I’ve never used them so I could not tell you if it works. Same thing for the live well. The previous owner stated all of this worked. The boat looks pretty good but could definitely use a good buffing in my opinion. There are also some various gel-coat cracks. The seats could use some new covers/cusions and the engine could use a good scrape and repaint, I just have not had time to do it. It comes with an anchor that has been mounted but never used. I have the good service manuals for the diesel engine and the outdrive and I'm pretty sure I have the boat owner's manual as well which I will give to the buyer. I also have the Garmin 18 HD instructional DVD that I purchased from Amazon and never opened to give to the buyer. The last time I did take out the boat I bent the props. I had a spare set so I cleaned them up, painted them, and put them on so while they look new in the picture, they are not, just painted but in good condition. I still need to tighten them up. I did not have a lock washer so I had to order one so I just loosely put them on. If I don’t get to it, I will give those parts to the buyer should the boat sell. I also have replaced the bellows and the throttle cable. I have Volvo paint and primer for the engine that I will give the buyer. Also have some paint for the outdrive that you can have. The trailer tires hold air and I have not added any in the time I owned it, surprisingly. I replaced one tire on the trailer so there is one tire that is practically new. The other 5 will probably need to be replaced sooner than later and if the boat is to go on a long road trip I would do it before the trip. I think this should cover it for now, lemme know if you have any questions and I’ll try to answer. I have the title for the boat on hand but will have to give a bill of sale for the trailer. The previous owner had the trailer registered as home made, I just kept it the same. I may be open to trades but the auction will still need to be completed through Ebay so Ebay can get paid. Boat is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the listing early if need be. Trades I would be interested in can be partial plus cash or full trade. I’d value the trade at around $20K-$22K. Things that I would be interested in and kind of in order would be: Heavy Equipment: Man lift, preferably towable and articulating with at least 35-40’ height, closer to 50' would be perfect. Need one for my yard so not an indoor unit. Hanging Christmas lights on my extension ladder sucks and I have lots of oaks that need trimming. Might consider a trade for a tractor but must have a front end loader and not too big. The only reason I don’t have one now is because I don’t want to tear up my lawn and I rarely need one. Services: Metal building kit for me to build, or you install a metal building to replace or expand on my existing pole building, or maybe a standalone building for another thing on my project list. Vehicles: Classic car, motor not that important but would prefer not much if any body work. May consider other cars just in case I do sell my truck after the boat. 4 door Jeep Wrangler, SUV, not sure, haven’t really thought about it. Lol Tools: Lincoln or Miller Tig welder, Thermal Dynamics plasma cutter, wood lathe, nice sandblast cabinet, jointer. Recreational: RV, prefer a light weight bumper pull because I may sell my F-350 after the boat and would need to tow with normal SUV. Can Am Maverick or Polaris Razr side by side, 4 door, 1000cc. No motorcycles, my wife would kill me. Will try and put some more pictures of the boat up soon but I just had surgery so it may take a few days for me to climb in for more pics. If someone lives a far distance away I’ll help with delivery for a charge of course, have to put a pen to it but probably $1.00/mile with a deposit of course and if that is the case, I’ll have 5 new tires put on the trailer if it sells for my asking price. Cash, $18,500.00 or trade around $21,500.00. I realize it is not boat selling season so don’t lowball me thinking I need to sell, I have no problem waiting or even parting the boat out to get the most money vs. selling it whole. I certainly will consider any reasonable offers. Thanks!

I have 2 ferrets, Bandit and Athena. I need to place them in a GOOD home. Both ferrets are 7 months old with current rabies shots. I am working way too much to give them the proper care they deserve. They are well fed but need a bigger area to play besides my apartment. Prefered back yard or a fenced in portion of the yard. These guys enjoy being outside on a leash but will be even happier if allowed to roam around a yard. These 2 have bonded and must stay together. No one with rambuctious children will be considered a possible family!!! Most ferrets like key chains and so on, these 2 have a fettish for feet, shoes, boots and insoles. I have a large cage with a large hammock where they spend the day while I am at work. A minimum of 4-5 hrs a day of exercise is needed so a yard or fenced in area of a yard (with some sort of overhead protection is good). I order my food on Amazon where the price cant be beat and keep it in a sealed container for freshness. If proper care is used your house will not smell like a ferret, my house does not stink due to proper care of the ferrets and their cage. Located in Cody Wyoming. Due to spamming I will only leave my email.

The Admiral Executive was one of the best custom/production catamarans ever imagined. The concept was was to build a top tier fully custom equipped boat instead of building a base luxury catamaran and add options. KAISOSI is probably the most unique of the series. The owners have upgraded even above the factory specifications with the help of the designer Angelo Lavaranos. The hulls were extended over 3 feet to compensate for extra weight and make a fast more stable catamaran. The keels were lengthened and enlarged to improve performance of the original, rather small keels, and the rudders were modified to improve balance. I am selling a 1987 Sylvan 21 FT cuddy cabin boat and dual axel trailer. I purchased this boat last year as a project and I am now being relocated due to my job. I have put in a new battery, new foot grease, new plugs and wires, new shifter cable, oil has been changed. The motor is a 165 Mercruiser, it runs good. It does need a gimbal bearing replacement and I have looked at the part online and found a kit that has the bearing on Amazon.com for $80.00 I do wish I had more time to make this boat really shine but I don't. If you have any questions feel free to send me messages and I will answer as best as I can. I thank you for your winning bid. I wish this to be a great auction.

Priced to sell fast. This is a 15ft Trihull Skiff with a 1989 Mercury Classic Fifty. The floor is brand new, completely redone last year. Comes with a brand new Lowrance fish finder/gps combo, recently installed tilt/trim switch, and a new automatic bilge pump with a switch on the center console. Also includes life jackets, fire extinguisher, ropes, anchor, flares, everything you need to get out on the water! The bimini is usable, but is faded. New cleats and fishing rod holders installed. Comes with a cooler (or two if you want) and I can throw in a fshing pole to sweeten the deal. Two 6 gallon portable gas tanks included, one is only 6 months old. Capacity for up to four people, seated comfortably. It does have a few minor issues. It needs a new steering cable ($60 on amazon), a new prop, and probably a carb cleaning as it is an older motor. The transom is rock solid. Trailer is in good working condition with new tires and lights. $25 West Marine gift card included, I do not need it anymore. Would like to sell by the end of the week. See more pics at this link: fortmyers.craigslist.org/lee/boa/5073194858.html *Additional pics available upon request.
