1975 Catalina 22 Pop Top Project Sailboat and Trailer The Catalina 22 is a popular sailboat produced by Catalina Yachts. Its hull measures 21 foot 6 inches (6.55 m), which is rounded up to 22 feet (6.7 m) for use in the model's name. First produced in 1968, it is one of the longest continuously produced sailboats in the world...Over 15000! Parts, videos and know-how are abound on the net 2005 last time previous owner had boat in water. I have never had boat in the water or was able to work on her. 2005 was the last time I was inside the cabin before preparing this listing for ebay. She has been closed up for ten years and is dirty in and out. I sprayed Windex in a few areas inside and dirt just wiped off with no scrubbing. Water, at one time, intruded around the forward hatch. Has complete set of interior cushions in gold plaid pattern. Most are in surprising good condition. NO SMELLS. One has a 1.5x1.5 inch hole in fabric that isn't seen when in place. 1 or 2 have an area of cracking vinyl. In all the noted exceptions, I don't think they would be seen or stop you from sailing PREVIOUS OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: '75 Catalina 22 pop top w/trailer • fair condition - Project boat • Swing Keel • Pop top • Sail Inventory: 2 mains, Jib (Marked San Juan works w/Cat 22s) and 150 Furling I think all are usable • Scupper upgrade in transom • Ablative paint on hull and keel • Never in salt water • Needs good cleaning • I know of no problems with the swing keel • No known leaks around keel pin • Comes with 2 Rudders. Usable but not perfect • Port side blemish in the gel coat • One pop top support needs to be re-bedded • Front hatch needs the frame reinstalled and sealed • Soft spot forward of hatch • Crack in cabin threshold but does not affect anything much • Cracks and crazing in the deck gelcoat that need filling • One stanchion base needs to be re-bedded • Small dent/crack in mast near stays, like pinched on one side at the spreaders. When raising the mast, one of the stays was caught and pulled the spreader forward. See photo. A pontoon boat repair guy told me that a braze could patch for about $25 • Needs halyards but I would get all new running rigging • Replace Hatch Boards or just cut a Plywood Hatch • Standing rigging, I am no judge but it worked when last used and it has been out of the elements since. • The forestay also has a quick-release lever purchased from Catalina Direct, along with quick-release pins for quicker and easier mast- raising and lowering. Those parts are, of course, stainless steel. • Will also include a sliding galley out of a 1984 Cat 22. It slides under the cockpit starboard seating when not in use. It has a faucet, sink, water fresh water holding tank, a drawer and a place for a small portable propane stove. I was going to sell it separately on ebay. They normally go from 150-200. TRAILER • Trailer in good shape, but could use some paint• Has 10 ft extension• Has surge brake system used for two trips since it was installed• Has Buddy Bearings• New load range 'C' tires were put on in Spring of 2010. 63 Miles total mileage as boat was towed from one of our rental homes to our house in Martinsville. No cracks or aging seen.• Extra duty bunks BTW: Good used trailers for sailboats are hard to come by. Have clear titles for boat and trailer. I have described everything I know about her to the best of my ability but I am no sailor. Somethings may be better and others may be worse. She is a project boat and sold as is. This is for local Pickup in Martinsville, Indiana (Just south of Indianapolis) An immediate non-refundable PayPal deposit of $200 is required upon purchase. Balance due in CASH when picked up. No checks or money orders of any kind. Pickup within 7 business days of end of listing. This is not an auction. Will be happy to answer questions Thanks for looking and your interest

2016 CATALINA YACHTS Catalina 22 Sport In response to Catalina 22 owners’ requests for a production boat that more accurately reflects the original dimensions and weight of this popular one design boat, Catalina Yachts is now building the Catalina 22 Sport. Catalina Yachts aims to encourage more family racing with the thousands of first generation 22s by offering an alternative to finding an older boat, and restoring it just to be competitive in the dozens of established Catalina 22 fleets. Like the first Catalina 22, the 22 Sport is easy to trailer, and a great boat to step up from dinghy sailing to a pocket cruiser / race, offering the quality and value Catalina owners have come to expect since 1970. - Mast Carrier, Stern Ladder Stanchions & Lifelines, Self tailing wenches

The foreclosed mortgage was $177,956.00. A search through Yachtworld’s database of active 387 Catalina listings plus ones that have sold in the U.S. in 2016 show the average listing price is $152,166 and the AVERAGE SALES PRICE is $147,785. SHANNON has the desirable shoal / wing keel, blue hullsides, traditional rigging, and has lower hours showing than any other that I could find on the market! I am told that the previous owner passed away last winter. The bank holding the mortgage subsequently foreclosed upon SHANNON and she is now available for an incredible buying opportunity! Please view the 200+ photos of this 387 Catalina to see just how much this one shines! SHANNON is powered by a 40hp Yanmar diesel engine. The hour meter on the tachometer reads just 334 hours on it. This Catalina has two staterooms, a fully enclosed head & shower, plus a large main salon. She is hull number 62 from the factory. Here are some of the other features that I am aware of: Ultraleather seating surfaces in salon Windlass Anchor System Teak and holly flooring in the salon and staterooms Electric head Princess gas stove and Oven Delonghi Convection Oven Propane solenoid valve Acu-Gage water level monitor Water heater Standard Horizon VHF (appears newer) In-counter drop-in refrigerator Xantrex Power Inverter Charles Battery Charger Bow dodger Color Raymarine chartplotter/ radar unit at the helm Raymarine radome on the mast Raymarine autopilot at the helm Sony XPLOD Stereo with CD Changer Based on my observations, this Catalina exhibits a number of features and benefits beyond what I would consider an average 387 Catalina of this year. My observations include: The flag blue paint exhibits tremendous shine The sails, covers, and rigging lines appear to be in good, if not excellent, condition The stainless rails all appear to be in good condition and exhibit great shine The cabin appears to have been lightly used She has the optional air conditioning for the master stateroom (see note below) Her bow dodger and associated canvas appear to be in serviceable (if not good) condition Her engine appears relatively clean in appearance She has a newer LCD television in the salon with DVD player Her manuals are present She has the desirable WING KEEL/ SHOAL DRAFT (4’10”) She has brand new 4D batteries that were installed in October (2016). Based on looking at SHANNON and moving her to her current slip, I noticed the following imperfections/ items that may need attention: The board on air conditioning unit appears to need replacement. The A/C initially powered up for me on October 21st and blew cold air, however, the breaker tripped about 10 minutes after running. Power was checked and is good going into the board; however, it appears that the board shorted. This is relatively common for A/C units as we had a board failure two weeks ago on one of our vessels in Florida. (We had a board replaced for $600 last month in Florida.) There is area of paint on the starboard side that shows imperfections if seen up close. Upon closer inspection from various angles, I could see that there was a prior repair in that area that goes above the waterline to the cap and runs forward from mid-ship to the bow area. I am guessing that the surface in that spot was not prepped well enough for the paint. See photo. There are some spots on the interior wood walls where the stain has lightened. (The most noticeable areas are directly behind the shelf adjacent to the sofas. If SHANNON were my personal vessel, I would let the areas be and not bother re-staining/ refinishing.) The map table has discoloration in the wood. (I would plan to refinish this, if SHANNON were my personal boat.) While I consider the interior and exterior to be relatively clean in appearance, the next owner may desire to spend some hours (or hiring a detailer) to go through each hatch / surface / cubby hole to greater clean the appearance to his or her liking. The macerator pump appears to need replacement as its breaker trips immediately. I moved this boat on October 21st on Back Creek in Annapolis, Maryland. She started right up and ran great while underway. There are sails in the AFT stateroom. Please see the photos. To me, each looks to be in good condition. Note that my observation is solely based on what I can visually see of them in the stateroom. The mast is currently in storage near SHANNON’s current slip. Port Annapolis Marina quoted 14-16 hours to rig + tune the mast. They charge $105 per hour for rigging. Other yards will charge less, but for the purposes here, I recommend budgeting $1800 to re-step the mast. For those that desire to transport this Catalina via truck, it is a benefit to keep the mast down until she reaches her new destination. The sails are currently in the aft stateroom. They look exceptionally clean to me. It is important to note that of those sold comps above; the vast majority had more hours. (Average hours are generally accepted at 100 hours per year. I will be happy to send out the comps to those that request via email.) Further note that those numbers reflect the average prices. In my experience, comps with high hours, significant flaws, and high wear and tear tend to sell below the average price. Those comps with low hours, few flaws, and low wear and tear tend to sell above the average price. WE ENCOURAGE ALL SERIOUS PARTIES TO INQUIRE AND LOOK AT SHANNON. You may contact me, Rob, directly at 561-676-7250. We are looking to get SHANNON sold in the next few weeks. Do keep in mind that once this Catalina is sold, the chances of being able to find another at this opportunity will be nearly impossible. Please note that I am in Florida. We do not have any sales representatives located in Annapolis, however, I do have a couple of friends in Annapolis that can assist. SHANNON is currently winterized and on land in Annapolis (off Back Creek). Please keep in mind that SHANNON is a bank foreclosure and it is not my personal boat nor did I know the prior owner. I am not able to speak to the ins / outs of this vessel nor am I able to speak about how she sails, etc. My comments above are solely based on my own observations. I am sure there are more flaws than what I observed as she is a 10 year old+ vessel. This is not a brand new or perfect vessel. SHANNON will be the 3rd Catalina that we have sold in past year. Given the circumstances, information available, time of year, etc, we have set her WAY below average prices. I believe this represents an opportunity for the winning bidder to purchase SHANNON well below what the other 387s have been selling for on the traditional retail/ brokerage market. Please understand that I have done my best to represent the vessel as I notice it to be. Neither I, Aqueous, the financial institution, nor any other agents express or imply any guarantees or warranties whatsoever about this vessel (or any vessel). The description and photos do not represent any guarantees about the condition of the vessel or accuracy of any information. WE ENCOURAGE ALL BUYERS TO DO THEIR OWN INSPECTIONS / OBSERVATIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASING. Please understand that this is not a brand new yacht. Accordingly, we do not expect it to sell for the same price as a brand new one. Buyers are welcome to have the vessel inspected and surveyed. Any survey will be for the buyer’s benefit and will not constitute a price reduction or negotiating tool. Florida residents or anyone wishing to bring this Catalina to the State of Florida will be required to pay the state sales tax of 6%. We have a clear and marketable title to this vessel. SHANNON was previously documented with the United States Coast Guard. Upon qualification and a $84 application fee (if no lien is recorded), the new owner can obtain a USCG Certification documentation certificate in his/ her own name. If the owner desires a state issued Certificate of Title, then Aqueous can obtain a Florida Certificate of Title for the next owner if applicable fees and taxes are remitted. (Certificates can take up to 60 days to obtain.) Personal and/or professional inspections are very welcome prior to purchasing. Please feel free to call Rob with Aqueous Yachts at 561-676-7250 to come look at this beauty. 2007 Meridian 341 Sedan Bridge Motoryacht Engine Hrs: 234 Generator Hrs: 174 I have a free and clear title for this boat in hand with NO LIENS ready to be transferred to the new owner Please DO NOT waste my time and your with LOW BALL offers for the Boat if you have been shopping for a boat like this you know what it is worth My "BUY NOW " Price is already lower then any meridian in the entire country and is in the best condition then anything I have seen out there. It is priced to sell quickly I was already Offered $100,000 from MarineMax in Long Island and $105,000 from a local guy from my marina. ****Serious Buyers only if you don't have the money to buy this boat feel free to look at the pictures and dream but don't waste my time with your dreams. *** I Have lots more photos that I can email to you Upon Request *** I am the second owner and have owned this boat since 2009. This boat has been cleaned more than it has been used you will never find a nicer, cleaner or more well maintained boat then this one. Every year I owned this boat prior to going in the water it was professionally polished to maintain the high gloss finish, most white boats after a few years tend to get a yellowish off white tint to them if you have owned boats in the past you know what I mean this boat is as white and shiny as the day it was new. The bottom was painted every season with the most expensive bottom paint (interlux). All the zincs were replaced every season to maintain the highest protection of all the metals on the bottom of the boat. The Oil was changed every season even though the boat did not go out from the dock much. I usually did one big trip (2 Weeks Long) every summer on the boat usually From Brooklyn NY were the boat is docked to Flynn's Marina on Fire Island NY and back to Brooklyn other then that I would take it out close to the dock and drop the anchor and just relax. At the end of each summer the boat was professionally winterized to keep it from getting damaged during the cold winters, Both engines the generator and AC lines as well as all the water lines were pumped with marine antifreeze to protect them from busting in the winters. The Engine room floor as well as the bilge area is as clean as the day it was new most boaters when I show them my engine room floor cant believe how clean it is. My theory on the engine room area being clean is simple, if you keep it clean you will know if you are having issues with the engines, if everything is grime and oily and dirty how can you tell if something is leaking or if its just grime and oil that has been built up over time, if you know that it was clean and you see something leaking you will be able to detect were it is coming from. The interior of the boat is just as clean as the day it was new all the carpeted areas are stain free and have always been protected with towels or carpet runners, the vinyl seating area as well as all the vinyl trim on the interior is in perfect condition. The interior of the boat smells as fresh as the day it was new their is not even a hint of any kind of musty smell that you will find on lots of used boats, my wife who was in charge of keeping the interior of the boat clean has done an amazing job of keeping the 2 bedroom the bathroom, kitchen area as well as the salon looking as if it just left the showroom floor. Upstairs in the the cockpit area which is the area I am most proud of and were most boats tend to show the most wear from the weather elements this boat still looks like it is new, the top deck was always covered with a custom bridge cover that I had made which covers the entire top deck protecting it from all the weather elements that tend to make the tops of boats prone to being damaged, the Captins chair along with all the other seat cushions on the top deck are very clean an not weather worn, not only did I cover the top of the boat when not being used all the cushions were stored in the guest stateroom when the boat was not being used to keep the away from outside exposure I would only bring the cushions upstairs when I planner on taking the boat out. If you haven't figured out by now after reading the above description that I am a bit over the top when it comes for caring for this boat I don't know what else I could say to assure you that I have treated and pampered this boat with nothing but the best I dont know what Else I could say other then you should not be looking to buy a used boat the only way you will find a nicer Meridian 341 is if you were to go to the dealer and spend $276,000 for a new one, this is a new as you will ever find a used boat specially one this size. Mechanically the boat is in perfect running condition needs nothing, the AC units are perfect and make ice cold air, all the electronics on the boat function properly I even added A KVH Satellite dish antenna with a Direct TV receiver so you can watch TV anywhere you take the boat, the passengers can even watch TV while the Boat is cruising. This boat was a pleasure to drive nice and smooth and when it came to docking the boat this boat was so easy to maneuver for such a big boat it is a great boat for someone stepping up to a bigger boat it is very user friendly specially when it comes to docking the boat, the boat is equipped with bow and stern thrusters making the boat very easy to fit into tight docks. While the boat is in as perfect condition as you will ever find a used boat their are a few small items I want to mention, their are a few scratches and I do mean just a few that are barley visible that were on the boat when I got it, the small fridge on the bridge is not working I was told the compressor went bad and since I am not upstairs much I never bothered to fix it, the lock on the fridge in the galley is broken, although the lock is broken the handle still works and the door stays closed keeping the inside of the fridge cold, the lock can be replaced easily but it never bothered me since the fridge was still working fine. I am sure their may be a few other superficial items that can be addressed to make the boat 100% perfect but nothing worth mentioning since they did not bother me who is very picky I am sure they will no bother you. Overview While many cruising yachts less than 40 feet in length are best-suited to overnight or weekend stays, Meridian's 341 Sedan has redefined the class by providing the comfortable accommodations and extra features you need for extended cruising. This cruisability incorporates accommodations for four in two spacious staterooms, a full-service galley with all the amenities and an airy salon with opening windows, panoramic views and entertainment center with 20-inch LCD television, AM/FM/CD/DVD system and both salon and bridge speakers. And, like the rest of the Meridian Yachts 2007 fleet, she also offers standard underwater exhaust and a variety of available Northstar® navigation and communications systems. The 341 from Meridian redefines just how much cruising comfort you can design into a compact sedan.
