This 1988 Chris-Craft 311 Stinger Center Console is in reasonable condition for her age. Up top inside the boat, the upholstery and cuddy cabin show some wear. Outside the hull gel coat is in good condition. No serious cracking or scrapes. The seller says that the twin 2001 Mercury 250 2-stroke outboard engines were recently rebuilt and run well. This would need to be confirmed. Top speed over 50 MPH. Stock #391359 311 Stinger powered by twin, 250HP Saltwater EFI Mercury engines! This Classic 1988 Chris-Craft 311 Stinger with a Cuddy is ready to fish. She is powered by twin 2001 Mercury 250 Saltwater Series EFI 2-stroke outboard engines. Fully restored 1947 16' Chris Craft Rocket. These 16' special runabouts were built after the war and were constructed of cedar rather than mahogany due to a shortage of the wood.They were painted blue with the rocket painted on the side to help sell the boats. This boat is a true rocket with it's 350 replacing the original Hercules 6 she is scary fast! The sides and bottom have been glassed, the boat is in great condition and always stored indoors. For your consideration for the next seven days is a 1947 Chris Craft Special Runabout. Hull # R -16 -796 . This boat has undergone a complete restoration over the past several years and has won Best In Show awards at both shows it attended. First, the hull: She has a new 5200 style bottom with the best quality Bruynzeel Okume marine plywood available for inner layer and clear white cedar outer planking. The bottom framing was replaced using white oak as was original. All fastenings are new USA made silicon bronze. Side planking is also all new clear white cedar, and the decks are all new Philippine mahogany. There are approximately 12 coats of Epifanes varnish on the brightwork and 6 coats of Petit Easypoxy on sides and bottom. Now hardware:The hardware is all original to this boat and has been rechromed. All rubrails have all been straightened and polished. Fasteners are new, chromed brass, Frearson head screws on the chrome hardware and stainless Frearson, yes stainless Frearson ( I had them made) on the stainless rubrails, cutwater and flat trim. Engine: The engine is the original one to the boat. It's a Chris Craft Model K, 95 hp, 6 cylinder, based on the Hercules QXD series. It has been rebuilt with new piston rings, and rod and main bearings. All sizes are standard, meaning the crank didn't need to be ground and the cylinders didn't need to be bored. The original pistons were cleaned and reused. If it ain't broke..... Valves and seats were ground and reused. Valve guides were replaced. Carburetor was rebuilt too. No, this was not an all-inclusive $9k rebuild with new everything. There was no need for it. This engine runs great with great oil pressure and starts every time. And it's 6 volt! Upholstery:All new upholstery using top quality marine vinyl to correct factory dimensions. Original style Kapok filling in cushionsNew correct style linoleum flooring for originality. Electrical:All new cloth covered wire matched to the factory original colors and sizes. Original gauges all function properly as does the original horn. New bilge pump. It's 12 volt but will do fine on 6. Boat doesn't leak anyway. Generator charges as it should. Trailer:Also included with the boat is a 2013 aluminum Vantage trailer complete with all legal paperwork. Propeller has been trued and balancedNew Aquamet stainless prop shaftNew custom fit Sunbrella cover included too. In short, this little boat has been restored to very high standards befitting a boat of much higher value. The father / son restoration team has over 50 years of combined boatbuilding and restoration experience on boats of all price ranges and sizes. If someone was to pay to have a similar boat restored, the cost would be at least double the asking price here today. In 2014 this boat won the Best In Show awards at both the Southern New England and Baystate Woodies shows, scoring in the mid 90 point range both times. 1967 Chris - Craft Custom Built,JUST IN TIME FOR FALL FISHING - I am selling my "one-of-a-kind" fishing machine. This beauty was hand build by a Master Marine Builder in NC. He started with a super strong 1967 Chris-Craft Commander hull then built the pilot house and coffin style cabin using a combination of fiberglass and aluminum. She features a wide 10'2" beam, a 300 HP 454 engine, Radar, NAVMAN GPS Tracker, Northstar fish/depth sounder, (2) VHF radios, a power amped 6 peaker plus subwoofer AM/FM stereo, (6) rod holders (not counting the rocket launcher), (2) Cannon Downriggers, ancher, chain and rod, windlass, duel batteries with battery switch and on-board chargers, (2) captain chairs with fold up leaning pads and foot rests, custom bow and engine cover cushions and a new "T-Top" brand sunshade that covers the entire aft of the boat just the thing for family cruising. You really have to see this gal to appreciate the workmanship that went into building her. SHE IS SUPER STRONGand SUPER SAFE. A great "Barn Find"! Here is a 1948 16' Chris-Craft Runabout Special "Rocket" that has been stored in a barn since 1996. The Special Runabout was not a runabout at all but a deluxe utility with a wide center deck that created a separate forward cockpit. Called the "Rocket" by Chris-Craft, these boats were nearly identical to the pre-war 16' Deluxe Runabouts which in turn were lengthened versions of the 1938 15-1/2' Deluxe Runabouts. The Rocket was offered varnished or painted, with choices of white, black, red and blue sides. The painted hull allowed Chris-Craft to use more readily available cedar. The boat is powered with a Chris-Craft "K" Serial Number 24768 6 cyl. engine. 1,040 were built from late 1945 through 1948. The trailer and cradle are included in the sale. See all photos for condition and contents. This boat may be seen Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 3:30PM, by appointment. Local Pick-up Only. 2002 SPORT CRAFT 3150 Sport-Fish The Sport-Craft 3150 Sport-Fish was born from its sister boat, the 3010 Sport-Fish. Built on the proven 30-foot hull, reconfigurations were made to the cockpit area, the cabin layout was subtly changed, and the inboard power was replaced by stern drive engines (which allowed ample space for the mid cabin). The lofty cabin headroom, wide mid cabin entryway (which has a privacy curtain), four cabin portholes, and two 16-inch mid cabin windows with screens, cultivates an open airiness down below. With 6' 3" of headroom the cabin space is comfortable, bright and airy. In the cockpit, a large transom door leads to the swim platform. A bait station, dry storage, fishboxes, tackle drawers, rod holders, a rocket launcher, cockpit bolsters and stylish hardtop are standard.
