The white paint on the wooden hull is in good condition with only minor marking from a transport tarp a few years back aft of the passenger side window (pictured) The varnished and sealed mahogany front deck and interior are in very good condition with no repairs or refinishing needed. The limited brightwork still has plenty of shine but does show some pitting as would be expected on an unrestored survivor boat. The engine is seasonally maintained as needed and reported to be in running order, ready for the season according to the owner. This 2002 Cruisers Yachts 4270 is in better than expected condition. There is some wear and tear on the cushions in the cockpit. The seams are coming apart, there is some staining on the vinyl in the master stateroom. The fridge in the cockpit is not operational and the interior fridge needs a new breaker. According to the seller, everything else is operating as it should. The vessel has benefited from extensive mechanical upgrades by the current owner. Overall she appears to be in in good shape cosmetically and mechanically. All upholstery in the cockpit is in good repair - no rips or stains were observed. Spacious seating abounds and there is good room to move about.A full camper enclosure is in good shape with good visibility through the eisenglass. The helm is well laid out with all controls and gauges easily accessed by the captain. A newer touch screen radar/plotter is front and center to provide confidence regardless of area conditions. Below a spacious cabin will provide comfort for cruising and entertaining. A large forward vee has loads of storage all around it. A rear berth is also well laid out for additional guests. The vessel has normal wear and tear for its age. Lots of upgrades (electronics, gauges, upholstery). The bimini looks like it has tears. The cabin was in great condition. I did not notice any funny smells. Newer engines. Updated generator. Bottom painted Oct, 2022. This spacious flybridge is in good condition with no splits seams, stains or tears in any of the upholstery. Below deck there are zero smells of mildew, mold or head treatment. It has been kept well maintained and clean. It has been used each year since purchase in 2001 but little used in recent years, only cruising the local bay and near Coastal waterways. Stock #365310 *** MOTIVATED SELLER ** SPACIOUS LAYOUT ** TWIN CAT 3208TA DIESELS** This Cruisers Yacht is born to entertain! Located on Cape Cod in MA, there is seating for 6 to 8 on the flybridge forward of the helm along with a wet bar. Access the boat from the large swim platform through the gated transom onto a large cockpit. Six stairs to both port and starboard bring you up to the flybridge with commanding views and a helm with a great line of sight. Bring the whole gang up with you. The seating both behind, to starboard and forward of the helm is upholstered without any UV damage or split seams, clearly not original. The helm area is shaded by the Sunbrella bimini in good condition. The isinglass was not on the boat and is in need of repair or replacement, but the seller has the old ones to be used for a template if desired. The helm has a full array of electronics including redundant GPS using Garmin GPSmap 541S and a newer Simrad screen with radar. The twin Cat diesels have an oil change system making that job a breeze. The large bow deck has two Bowmar hatches and a small bow spirt with two anchors, a windlass and help controlled spotlight. Two steps down through the companionway from the cockpit brings you to a spacious stateroom with L-shaped seating to starboard with the dinette table. The galley is to port along with a standup bar separating it from the stateroom. It has a 2-bay stainless steel sink with hot / cold pressurized water. There are numerous drawers and cabinets above and below the U-shaped galley that will keep the gourmets' pots, pans and utensils organized. There is a 2-burner stovetop and the toaster oven on the counter is included. The microwave is above. The backsplash is tile. Best part of the galley is the 2 refrigerator / freezer units, stacked one above the other, on the starboard side. The forward double berth features an island bed, not a V-berth. The overhead hatch and numerous ports provide abundant natural light and ventilation when not needing the heat or A/C. The forward berth also has plenty of storage with drawers under the bed and a hanging locker. There is also a separate direct door to the head. To port aft of the galley is a double berth. The head has a separate shower compartment from the toilet and porcelain sink with hot / cold pressurized water. A storage cabinet is located under the vanity. This boat can be loaded with provisions for a large crew. Reason for selling is life changes.

The seller is the third owner, and they've purchased another boat. As of 3/30/24 the boat is out of the water and the bellows are being replaced, along with new zinc, and fresh bottom paint. The oil and impellers will be changed in a few weeks as well. The boat has been in fresh water only for the past 12 years. Prior to that it was in brackish water. The boat could use a good cleaning on deck and galley area and all upholstery looked good with the exception of the helm had some cracking on the top. This 2002 Baha Cruiser is in good condition for its age. No soft spots on deck were observed and the gel coat on the hull sides still has a nice shine. The cabin refrigerator does not work. The boat is water ready. Trim Tabs painted and need a cleaning or repainted. The bottom could use a blast and either repaint or put gel on. Has New pumps Has New batteries Stock #297424 WATER READY! TONS OF RECENT WORK COMPLETED, TRAILER WITH NEW TIRES & BRAKES INCLUDED Updated Baha Cruiser 257 WAC with a 5.7 liter Thunderbolt ignition engine and 250 HP. Water ready! The owner indicates that engine work and other recent updates amount to over $6000 in upgrades. Rebuilt engine and put in new heads December 2023. Other updates include a new gas tank that was $2000. All of the electronics were replaced in 2020. Throughout the vessel all cushions inside and out including the entire cuddy cabin have been replaced. There is also a new wash-down pump. The trim cylinder for the stern drive is a recent OEM replacement. It has also had a newer battery charger and dual bank switch and 2 large 27 AGM batteries put in. The stern drive was serviced and resealed. Trailer included has new rims, tires, brakes, & actuator January 2024.
