Overall length is 53' with bow sprit and davits and she has a 6 1/2 ft draft. This clipper bow William Garden design is a classic blue water sailing boat, the full keel design making her sea kindly and stable. The teak interior is in very good condition and is comfortable, warm and cozy with spacious raised salon/galley area, carved teak doors and lots of storage and headroom. She has a new Dometic in box refrigeration unit in galley. Teak decks were removed and replaced with west system epoxy, a thick fiberglass deck added over the subdeck and helm has a beautiful teak wheel. New aluminum masts were installed 2015 as well as new engine wiring and mechanical gauges, starting batteries, new freshwater system and primary and secondary bilge pumps. She features a starboard side Pullman full/queen berth, starboard quarter berth and has a drop down table that converts to a double bed at settee. She comfortably sleeps 3, but could accommodate 5, making her perfect for an oceanfront live aboard, rental, charter boat, or for the sailing enthusiast on short or long term voyages.
