1980 Corbin Les Bateaux Pilothouse Cutter 39 NEWLY REPOWERED JUNE 2015 (Beta Marine 38 hp Inboard Diesel and Saildrive) The interior of this Corbin was originally done by European Custom Yachts of Schenectady, NY and comes with beautiful solid mahogany interiors throughout. They’ve painstakingly refinished all the bright work on deck and upgraded many of the vital systems and creature comforts making her seaworthy and comfortable for a family of five. She comes with a very roomy interior including a pilot house, main salon, galley, head, closet and two private double berth cabins. There’s ample storage space below and a spacious raised foredeck making the boat highly functional for living aboard and long voyages. The boat has all new electronics and has had a total refurbishment in 2014. The current owners have a family of 5 and have just completed a comfortable and safe sailing trip from New England down the ICW and throughout the Bahamas. It’s time for the kids to go back to school which unfortunately means she won’t be used to its fullest potential and enjoyment level. .The boat will be traveling north on the ICW starting the end of May and will be in NH or Maine in July. If the timing works, the boat can be delivered to your port on the east coast of the USA during that period. As fo July 1st she just made it to Rhode Island. This boat has been well tested and is ready to go cruising right now! Set off into the wild blue yonder and endless sunsets. 1963 William Garden Center Cockpit The design brief to Willliam Garden: a large, protected center cockpit, the ability to see outside from the salon and galley, eight plus knots of speed under power, a separate aft cabin for the kids, and a beautiful, seakindly hull. She is built by Vic Franck of Port Orford Cedar on bent oak frames with Everlast fasteners. To minimize maintenance, her decks are fiberglass/epoxy over marine grade plywood which is fastened with bronze screws to the frames. All interior spaces are painted white and present a clean, light environment. The cockpit and deckhouse are trimmed with varnished Honduran mahogany. To further enhance the sheltered cockpit, a hard dodger/windshield was installed in 1999 by Jesperson?s Boatworks in Sydney. The 100hp Perkins engine plus ample fuel and water tankage will allow her to cruise forever. Owner motivated, bring all offers!

2006 Hunter You don't have to look hard to learn that the Hunter 38 is among the very best cruisers in her class. A Boat of the Year candidate and always well reviewed, the H38 deserves the reputation. She has appealing modern lines accented properly by a high degree of comfort and good design. Well before this boat rolled off the line, Hunter had seriously stepped up their fit & finish while also contracting for very good deck gear, which is also sensibly laid out for ease of handling. On deck there is space everywhere and the cockpit is inviting and relaxing, while not impeding operation. The canvas package protects guests from the sun and it's easy to see why many have called this a "perfect family cruiser."   Under sail this boat will surprise you. I've sailed her and she barrels along beautifully on a close reach and returns surprising levels of feedback to the helm. Her original sails are in good working order, but it's important to note that these designs also respond favorably to higher tech sails. Close hauled or downwind, she's stiff and stable, properly predictable. This is a well-mannered boat.  Below deck you'll find the type of space and comfort usually reserved for bigger boats. The aft stateroom queen is ultra-comfortable and the forward stateroom is ideal for kids or guests. The dining area and galley complement each other nicely and the while bright and airy feel is well served by the multi-zone air conditioning system. This H38 has always been yard maintained and has had exceedingly light use over the past 4 years. She is clean and on the hard awaiting your inspection.

This brand new design results from a close collaboration between Sunsail, Robertson and Caine, and Morrelli & Melvin (designers of high performance cats such as PlayStation and the world record setting Cheyenne catamaran), and features  Euro styling and a generous sail plan for a perfect combination of performance and fun on the water! The Leopard 38 features a large cockpit with an outside dining area and versatile ergonomic seating for up to eight guests. A functional hard-top bimini protects the cockpit area and helm station, where all the main sail controls are located for hassle-free manoeuvres, even with a limited crew. Powerboat-style open transoms really make boarding easy. Other neat features include a top-notch anchoring system with electric windlass, a convenient dinghy davit with electric winch, and twin 30Hp diesel engines for good motoring performance. The galley-up design incorporates a spacious saloon area and aft-facing galley with a serving window overlooking the adjoining cockpit area. Large vertical windows forward provide excellent shade and rain protection, and allowed the designers to maximize interior volume in the saloon area, with headroom of 1.95m/6ft 5in throughout. Accommodations include four double cabins and two forepeak berths, great for kids or additional storage, and two large heads with dedicated shower compartments. BROKER'S REMARKS: 'Sam' will operate in the Sunsail charter fleet based in Turgutreis D-Marina this summer, and will be available for purchase in November 2015. The MacGregor 26S MacGregor 26 Swing Keel Sailboat 1994 with Trailer in Excellent Condition ready to Sail! This is a 1994 MacGregor 26S Sailboat with trailer and 8 hp outboard motor in excellent condition. It accepts a 2 inch ball mount trailer hitch. The total trailer weight is about 2000 lbs, so pretty much any V-6 vehicle can tow this without any extra equipment. Any Minivan for example will work fine. It includes everything needed to sail. Three sails including a main, a roller furling Genoa and a drifter / spinnaker are included . This sailboat is wheel steered with binnacle mounted motor remote controls and instruments. Everything is in excellent condition and the trailer tires are brand new Goodyear Marathon trailer tires. It also has an extra motor mount for a trolling motor or small outboard secondary engine. This boat has many upgrades including wheel steering and a Rudder Craft Mac 26S HDPE High Performance Replacement Rudder as well as the stock rudder as a spare, a MMSD pump out porta toilet, a CDI roller furling Genoa and a main sail cover as well as life lines and bow and stern pulpits, a swim ladder, a solar panel and an Autohelm ST 30 Bidata to name a few. The 8 HP Tohatsu (Nissan) outboard model M8B also has electric start and an alternator. The MacGregor 26S, 1990 to 1995, replaced the dagger board with a swing centerboard (which kicks up in an accidental grounding) and made other smaller changes. Together, the 26D and 26S are often called the "classic" MacGregor 26, and sometimes the 26C. Owners of these earlier models tend to refer to them as "the real sailboats" prior to the changes coming with the MacGregor 26X. The V-berth can handle 2 people/kids and has storage underneath, the settee can accommodate another person and plenty more storage under there, in the cabin galley /kitchen area is a sink and a mirrored bulkhead with plenty of storage under the sink. Behind the ladder going into the cockpit is a queen sized, super comfortable bed which is also located right below the cockpit. This boat has a POP-UP roof over the galley area that rotates up and out of the way while boat is at anchor / berth which gives unlimited head room in the cabin. This vessel includes all tools and supplies needed for maintenance and use like a nice Windex for mast top mounting. a manual bilge pump, an anchor with rode, a new gallon of bottom paint, a new fuel tank with hose, a remote controlled stereo, cockpit cushions, a wind scoop etc. I am the third owner of this nice Mac and all paperwork including the Wisconsin Title and the original purchase contract when new are included as well as a IL trailer title from the previous owner. (Note, a few pictures are from the previous owner in IL and we do not have trailer titles in WI.) It is located in Door County, WI in the city of Egg Harbor, WI north of Green Bay at my summer cottage while I live in Milwaukee, WI. At the time it was the only sailboat that met my budgetary needs, had room enough for my family of three to cruise for up to a week at a time, and trailered well to let us explore waters from Maine to Key West. Yes, it's a light boat, but I had a lot of sailing experience and was cautious and never had trouble in winds to 30 knots - and I didn't try anything foolish like taking it offshore. Yes, the fiberglass was thin, but I avoided running into rocks. I took my 3-year-old out on solo daysails and have no regrets. I sold it to a family of four, their first boat, and heard from them a few years later that they'd thoroughly enjoyed tons of sailing. Thousands of other MacGregor owners have had similar experiences."

2008 Catalina 22 Sport My wife and I are selling our 2008 Catalina Sport swing keel (with boat trailer and outboard).  I currently have the boat in a freshwater marina on the St Johns river.  Other than some minor scuff marks (and a small tear in the jib - see below), the boat is in pristine shape.  She sails great and is a lot of fun for the day or a couple of nights (three adults or two adults and two kids can sleep comfortably).  I'm selling her because of time constraints and college bound kids.  The sale includes the following: 5hp Tohatsu (MFS5BL) outboard - This motor starts with one pull and will get the boat up to near its max speed. Trailer - The Trailer is in great shape with little rust and includes an extension.  I know the trailer easily supports the boat because I easily transported it myself from Louisiana to Jacksonville FL with my F150. Auto Tiller - Set the bearing and this tiller does a great job keeping the boat on course (ideal for single handed sailing) Bimini w/cover - no tears and has plenty of life All original cushions inside/out - All are clean with no rips Rolling furler Battery Porta potty Cooler Mooring lines Main sail cover Tiller handle cover Winch covers Anchor Flares/Fire extinguisher/other safety equipment Original books   Notes: Sails The main sail is in excellent shape - still very stiff and has a ton of life left in it. The jib (on the furler) is still usable, but its days are numbered. Other No cracks or leaks Bottom paint is in good shape Sheets and halyards are in all in good shape Swing keep and winch are in great shape - I had the cable replaced last year. Battery has plenty of life Winches spin freely I will get some updated photos posted shortly.  Though nothing has changed since these were taken. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.   *I am not interested in listing the boat with a broker
