1984 Brewer 12.8 This 42 Brewer 12.8 is newly renovated and ready to take you on your dream cruise today! In the early 1980’s, a group of 10 or so very knowledgeable yachtsmen whom had been sailing Whitby’s 42 went to Ted Brewer and had the boat redesigned. The design changes included substituted a cutter rig instead of the Whitby’s ketch rig, adding a Brewer bite to the keel resulting in a long fin keel with a skeg-hung rudder, adding a very well designed centerboard. In addition to the visible changes, the boats were re-engineered. The hulls are lighter and stronger, and the weight savings were used to increase ballast and stability. Today this same magnificent boat has been refitted with all of the modern technologies and amenities. MARATHI is ready to take your friends and family on the cruises that you have always dreamed of. The Navigation station has been completely redone using a Dell desktop computer as the control center to it all with use of the autopilot it is possible to sail the Boat from the Navigation station below deck, equipped with RATHEON 8002 Autopilot with remote, Raymarine RL72 24 mile radar, AIS, 19"Viewsonic Monitor- Chart-plotter, all linked to the Desktop below. The cabin has all of the comforts of modern day and can easily support all of your electronic needs with 8 X 125 amp Trojan Marine batteries, a XANTREXXM 1800 power Inverter, 40 amp charger, 440 Watt Solar panels, powered by a 4.5KW MASE diesel Generator-with less than 80hours, will allow you to have the comfort of a New Webasto 16000btu AC with heating that will make your journey to anywhere very pleasant. A SEAFROST refrigeration system with a very large cooling stowage area will allow you to keep plenty of food for long journeys, with no need to stop frequently for water the 2 X 110 gallon water tanks with a 48GPD Water-maker aboard allowing you to make long hauls with relatively few stops. 1978 Catalac 8m The Catalac 8M is a 27’ LOA catamaran. She has beam of 13' 6" and draws 2' 4". The 8M is noted for build quality and seaworthiness. She is a hard-to-find, small cruising catamaran with a world-wide following. This example is a carefully equipped, capable, and easily handled small cruiser. She has taken her owner to the Bahamas twice, and is ready to go again. As a catamaran, she offers the interior space of a larger boat, along with shoal draft and stability. She provides convenient and comfortable island or ICW cruising. She features a hard dodger that allows great ventilation and protection from the elements. She offers a comfortable interior for a couple or small family. The full galley includes refrigeration and a Force 10 LPG range. There is a composting head, which provides the convenience of no pump-outs and no odors below. She has two house batteries (Trojan 105), an engine start battery, and 30 amp shore power service. Topside, the boat is easily managed from the cockpit. Harken roller furling, updated sails, and Raymarine autopilot. There iix a manual windlass and good ground tackle. The standing rigging was replaced 5 years ago. For cruising convenience, she has davits for a dinghy. Auxiliary propulsion is provided by a reliable 15 hp Honda outboard.   She has 4 solar panels (total of 190 watts) and controller for those panels. This boat is a great value compared to a small monohull cruiser – better stability  and more interior room. The Catalac is a boat with many fans. Come see this one and you will understand why.

REPO SALE 1975 Pacemaker 32 Sport Cruiser 32’ Twin Engine Sedan Bridge Cruiser Air Conditioning/Heat Onan Generator Twin Crusader/Chevy 305/220HP/V-8 Inboards This is an auction for a REPO BOAT. This boat was seized for back storage owed. This boat is in good condition, and needs nothing to enjoy today! This has always been a Great Lakes freshwater boat. The engines are in good running condition, with 365 original hours, and can be driven anywhere. It would make a great family cruiser or big water fishing boat owing to the large aft deck. I have personally had my family out on this boat a few times and can attest that she is sea worthy, runs good, and rides great in the rough stuff! Structurally, she is very good condition, with no signs of damage or abuse. There are no major scratches, nor are there any repairs. The decks are very solid, and the bottom has anti-fouling paint. She could stand a bit of polishing on the outside, but nothing major… a simple buff and wax.NEW: The teak doors for cockpit storage lockers have been professionally refinished The soft goods are in very nice condition. The cabin upholstery and carpet is newer and in good shape and clean. The factory original headliner is also in tact and very nice. New wall covering behind sofa, as well. There are sleeping accommodations for 6 adults, 2 in the private V-berth, 2 on convertible dinette, and 2 on pull-out sofa. The galley is large, with AC/DC refrigerator and 2 burner electric/alcohol range. The head has a new marine toilet and separate shower stall. The bridge has seating for 8 - 10 people. The vinyl seats up top are newer and in very nice condition. There is a bimini top and enclosure in good shape, as well as a bridge cover. There is also a bimini top over the aft deck as well. The boat is in the water and in good running order. See the recent videos from July 9, 2014 of the boat under way! VALUE: Many of these boats sell for $18,000.00 to $25,000.00 on the internet and open market. This boat will sell for much less… Someone is going to get a GREAT DEAL!!! This boat and title are free of all liens and encumbrances.
